The hotel was pleasant overall. Upon our initial arrival, there was an odor present in our room. The service provided was exceptional, as we received daily calls to our room for fresh towels and other amenities. The nighttime atmosphere was lively, with sounds continuing until 6 AM. It was a bustling hotel with a wide variety of delicious food options available.

Staff on the desk and in cleaning are great, the venue is kept clean and in a. Good location. The food they serve is practically inedible. The hot food is cold and the cold food is warm. The beef burgers that I watched coming off the grill was still somehow cold and raw, as was the other 3 tables of around us. When I complained they disregarded the complaint.

Great hotel close to the beach. with a great restaurant and bar area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The balcony is a good size with room cleaning daily.

Liked the large rooms, both public spaces and bedrooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food on the buffet a bit variable, but always something good to eat. On our deal, very reasonable in price.

The hotel is centrally located, opp the marina and very close to the beach. We didn't get noise from the bars and the food and drinks were fab. Don't believe the hype on trip advisor as it simply isn't true. The draw back is the pool area, but the beach is opposite. So no drama. The staff try their hardest and are really helpful. The hotel is massive.
If you want 5 star, book a five star,
The hotel is dated in parts but no different to many.
