I went for my thirteen birthday back in April of 2023. The rooms were nice and clean, however my friends bathroom has a cockroach in it but they got rid of it quickly so the service was good. The food was good and stuff like that and they sun me happy birthday but they could go around the pools

Had a brilliant time as a family of 19 people. Plenty of beds by the pool, rooms were very spacious and clean. Poolside bar food was brilliant, however cost for a large Coca Cola was €3.50. The pool bar stops serving food at 5pm which is wayy too early, as the inside bar only does pizzas then until they open at 7pm.
Nice walking distance from the beach and pool was always spotless. Big shout out to the entertainment crew, they were incredible the whole week especially Silvia!

Nice apartments we had a very enjoyable holiday which I stayed with my family for the second time a good mix or Moroccan Irish and English Spanish met the same people that were there at the same time two years ago and come at the same time every year .the hotel  very  clean and not overcrowded. The pool entertainment is good fun with pool games throughout the day and quiz games and a kids club for the  small ones  light evening entertainment.
The food in the restaurant and pool bar wasn't great but exceptable
We eat out every night and were spoilt for choice with the  shopping center right next door and a 10 minute walk to the famous  fish street
Where the is lots of different  choices  of restaurants and bars with vibrant atmosphere .I'm probably going to  book again for  next year. I would like to thank all of the  staff who were amazing.

The FB is at the southern end of Fiengirola, about a 10 minute walk from the promenade shops but there's beach bars very close. Immediately outside the hotel entrance is the Miramor shopping centre including a Carrefour hypermarket.
Our room was on the 6th floor facing the pool in early November. Hotel was very clean as was the room.
There's a safe in the room with a weekly charge payable at reception who will give you a tag to insert into the safe.
Bathroom very clean with shampoo & soap provided but we used our own.
In a cupboard next to the kitchen area was a dishcloth and a few other cleaning materials. Only thing missing was some detergent but we bought some from Carrefour next door.
We were there 7 nights and our room was cleaned on days 3, 5 & 7 (our last full day), including towel changes.
Beach towels are not included but they can be hired for a week for 5 euro with a 5 euro deposit.
Pool didn't feel heated so we didn't use it but plenty of others did.
Happy hour in the bar is 6pm-7pm available for a limited but decent range of drinks. I don't think anywhere in Spain use measures as we're used to in the UK. Even when it's not happy hour, bar prices are very reasonable.
Basement floor has toilets, a laundry and large games/arcade room.
All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful.

A great week, entertainment on each day at the poolside and evening around the main bar other than Sunday. Sangria demonstrations at the poolside with free drinks. Food available at both the food bar and the restaurant which can be eaten there or taken away.
