Had an absolutely amazing meal here. We ordered the tasting menu and it was fantastic, one of the best value tasting menus we’ve had. The menu is very vegetable forward and seasonal - there is some meat / fish but it’s primarily meant to highlight the region’s bounty. The wines that our waiter suggested paired very nicely and were also locally produced. Fantastic stop for lunch during a tour of the Pueblos Blancos! We booked ahead via Facebook Messenger.

I was truly impressed by the flavors of each dish on the menu, paired with impeccable presentation. The service was attentive and incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. The wine list, showcasing local gems, is exceptional. We opted for a bottle of Tesalia from Arcos de la Frontera, which paired beautifully with our meal. The bread, crafted by a local baker, was exquisite, and the olive oil was out of this world.

As someone who has lived for years in both Barcelona and Paris, with a list of dining experiences that includes restaurants like Celler de Can Roca, Disfrutar, ABaC, Épicure, Apicius, Lasserre, and L’Ârome, I can confidently say that Mesón Sabor Andaluz holds its own among the best.

What I appreciated most was the unique touch of having specialty filter coffee—something rare to find in the White Villages area. This family-run restaurant has reinvented itself in the best possible way.

I wish their talented young chef all the success in the world. May they never lose their passion for experimenting with new recipes and ingredients while staying true to the essence of local, seasonal, and zero-kilometer produce, with a focus on vegetables. It's a bold and beautifully executed concept.

An exceptional experience with a focus on locally produced vegetables and great wines of the south of Spain. The option to add meat is there (and although worth every penny, is not essential by any means).
Superb and surely a star is incoming!

Nice place where to try traditional or elaborated food dishes. Amazing service from waiting and kitchen staff.

Don't forget to ask for specials of the day out of the menu. Always using seasonal products. I tried a potato salad with cod, ox tail croquettes and bonito fish on the grill. Everything well paired with a selected national range of wines.

On sweet time we enjoyed a homemade flan made up with vanilla from Madagascar and a grilled pumpkin fringe.

Only 20min from Ronda and 1h from Malaga.
