So good, we ate here two nights in a row!
We were visiting Seville during Semana Santa, so all the streets were jammed with people, and the tapas bars were standing-room only. We were lucky to find this oasis of calm amid the crowds.

The front-of-house team here are young and enthustiastic, and the chefs clearly are very talented and inspired. Every dish we tried was outstanding, but the standouts were the “tribute to tomato”, the spider crab mousse and the egg a l’Artisan.

The selection of the house wines were really superb too, and I particularly enjoyed the glass of Pedro Ximenez to complete the meal on both nights.

The restaurant is new (I think), but it won’t be long before it will become a famous culinary landmark of Seville’s modern cuisine scene. They certainly deserve it!

The cured cheese from apollonia is particularly great. But they have to make the eggs with better recipes. Although it was the visually appealing, the taste was below normal.

The tapas menu at the bar is good value and more fun.

Una comida exquisita, lástima que entre la primera foto y la última (presa paleta) haya pasado más de una hora, pero con un notable retraso en los platos posteriores al pan de cristal que eran una ensalada y un tartar. Tienes pues que armarte de paciencia y la sonoridad en las mesas del interior, ciertamente tampoco es, para nada afortunada, lo que tampoco ayuda.

So you have to arm yourself with patience and the noise at the tables inside is certainly not at all lucky, which doesn't help either.

Excelente opción para comer o tapear, volveremos ya que nos hemos quedado con ganas de probar algunos platos, el servicio es rápido y amable, la zona es ideal para tomar algo antes de los partidos. Baños limpios y acceso para silla de ruedas.
