Delicious seafood, minimalistic atmosphere but it works. This is the Michelin star restaurant Cañabota’s sister restaurant. Fresh seafood, great house white wine and excellent service. Great value for the quality of food provided.

Croquetas with seaweed are interesting, one was enough for me. The sardines are incredible, and I typically don’t love sardines. Tiger prawns were perfect. Red snapper (fish of the day) was outstanding, melted in our mouth with perfect flavor. Also had some olives with sardines wrapped in peppers, which were delightful.

The marinated sardines as a starter were nothing short of extraordinary—an absolute highlight. The lobster was equally impressive, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The sea bass was another standout dish, fresh and prepared to perfection.

The atmosphere of Cañabota complements the meal, offering a refined yet welcoming space. If you’re looking for something unique and memorable, this is the place to go. Highly recommended for seafood lovers and food enthusiasts!

Antonio was very helpful with choosing a light lunch for us before our next reservation. We walked in upon opening without reservation - while it worked out for us - the restaurant quickly filled up so I would suggest making a reservation! Michelin restaurant with excellent service, product and care of each dish.
We ordered the Raw and citrus swordfish; PERFECT FIRST DISH. Light, refreshing, beautiful flavour that doesn’t overshadow the fish. The Razor clams with fresh clove garlic: deep garlic taste but delicate clam. Very tasty! It was easily the most flavourful and fresh clam I had ever eaten. We also had regular clams half portions : the sauce was DIVINE! Great for dipping with bread. Light and delicious. Lastly, we had the lobster: fried lobster fritter - huge portions of lobster, a mix of cold lobster claws with oil and just flavour - absolutely stunning / it was our favourite portion of the lobster and lobster head was a strong taste - not our favourite but the other two parts more than made up for it! This place is a must try if you want a nice setting, and a pleasant seafood meal that won't leave you wanting more. Lovely spot that should be visited!

I went there without a reservation and was seated at the bar with a two hour dining limit which was fine with me.  I went with staff recommendations and tried the marinated sardine and seaweed croquetas.  I also selected a special- the grilled snapper. Food was divine. The sardine dish had a myriad of flavors and textures that went well together. The grilled snapper was very moist and well flavored.  Croquetas had an interesting flavor. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The place has an industrial vibe and was very clean.  At the bar, you could see the food preparation and cooking which was fun to watch. Reservations recommended.

Disappointed about service quality and service staff. In our table, our waiter’s names are David and Luis. They were super rude. Push us to leave the table very quickly. Tried to take every dish before we finished.
