A quick review as it’s just a Michelin (not a Star - follow me for all the reviews and updates on every Michelin Star in Paris, 3 stars in France and much more).
Very pleasant atmosphere and obviously great grilled food.
The 2 main things here are the fact that there’s 3 different grills for 3 different type of food (vegetables, fish and meat). And the location/service.
A solid entry although it’s not your classical gastronomical restaurant.

Found this restaurant on the Michelin Guide - very attentive service, the food has been amazing and got great wine recommendations from the sommelier as well. Price is reasonable given the location in a high-end hotel.

Only a few places deserve triple five star. Erre & Urrechu truly does. Excellent service, intriguing menu with superb delivery.
