Refined seafood restaurant for special occasions. Very high quality in terms of food and service (2 soles Repsol). Everything we ordered was delicious, above all the red tuna carpaccio with lime-and-basil sorbet. Our dessert—the white chocolate egg with rice pudding and passion fruit—was outstanding as well. The place is huge, having several dining areas inside and outside. Nonetheless, there tend to be long cues at peak hours during the summer months. So come early or make a reservation.

A temple of blue fin tuna (atún rojo) in Barbate (Cádiz province) that despite being crowded day in and day out, especially in summer, never disappoints. Achieves a good balance between traditional Spanish cuisine and innovative Japanese accents. In addition to tuna, they do an excellent job with other fish and rices. Good selection of wines with a focus on the area of Cadiz and Andalucía in general. Service is correct, although I favour the more personal touch by the bar counter.

Famous Michelin star restaurant renowned for its super fresh and top quality bluefin tuna. I highly recommend the tuna tartare and the baked fatty tuna cheek. Amazing 🥲

All dishes were tasty and rich in flavor. My favorite was the truffle tuna toast.

El Campero seems to have been the first restaurant in the world where the owner discovered he could use all parts of tuna back in 1988. Now, they are pioneers with a menu that includes all the different parts. I tried it, and each part has very distinct taste, color, and texture. Just imagine the quality of the experience here, considering they also use the world's best tuna!
