Pementa Rosa is a gem in Carballo, a masterful creation of flavors, textures, and aromas displayed in a harmoniously presented palette of colors that evokes places, sensations, and constantly tempts the palate. Nos ha encantado todo, tanto la comida como el ambiente y la atención. Desde que hemos entrado nos han tratado maravillosamente, atentos y encantadores. El local tiene un ambiente muy acogedor y bien cuidado, tanto la decoración como la música, el servicio de mesa, etc. Y luego, la comida, lo importante: excelente! Nos ha encantado todo, una carta bien cuidada que te permite crearte tu propio menú degustación a medida. Todo producto de cercanía, cocina excelentemente ejecutada. Un 10 de lugar. Experiencia inolvidable. Conocimos este restaurante brevemente en Madrid Fusión y la comida de hoy ha superado con creces nuestras expectativas que ya eran altas. Increíble el producto, exquisitas las elaboraciones, atención estupenda. Y además un precio ajustado para la calidad servida. Si estáis por la zona no os quedéis en visitarlo. Nosotros sin duda volveremos!

Unforgettable experience. We visited this restaurant briefly in Madrid Fusión and today's food has far exceeded our already high expectations. Incredible product, exquisite preparation, great service. And also an adjusted price for the quality served. If you are in the area, don't miss out on visiting it. We will definitely return!
