As having big worldwide experience in similar hotels was extremely shocked by lack of ‘service’ starting from receptionist who were barely polite, then no one even asked if I do need help with luggage and show how to reach the room. First impression of the hotel was also awful: first time while entering the hotel I can’t understand where is the reception and all around looks like grand bazar in Istanbul, shops which are selling even carpets 💀then service continues to ‘impress’: in any hotel you can leave luggage at the reception and asked to deliver it till the room, but not here. We were a bit in rush and asked at the reception to keep the luggage, where receptionist (not in a super polite way) asked to go to the bellman, who finally took and kept the luggage but didn’t even asked if we need to bring it to the room (again never ever faced such 5 stars ‘services’). So generally all impressions was destroyed by lack of professionalism and awful service.

We spent the night at the Radisson Hotel after our wedding. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was very comfortable and there were fruits and chocolates waiting for us on the table. However, despite some pleasant moments, our experience was marred by several unpleasant situations.

We arrived at the reception at 10pm, tired and in wedding attire. We were poorly explained where our room was. We ended up wandering around the first floor for about ten minutes looking for the elevator and then trying to figure out how to use the card to call it. These tasks were especially difficult after such an important and long day.

It took a long time to figure out how to use the jacuzzi - the instructions were poor and unclear. We were not told in advance whether breakfast would be served in the room, which caused additional uncertainty. In addition, the reception desk presented information about the buffets, informing about the availability of two, and in the end one of them was on the 11th floor, more private, but with a smaller selection, and the second on the second - by the way, with a very wide one. We understood the difference in them after reading both in the morning.

It would be great to have a package for newlyweds (so that when asking where the first wedding night will take place, everyone immediately had the idea to contact here), which includes an escort to the room, where a warm jacuzzi will already be filled, sliced ​​fruits on the table, a tour of the room if necessary. This will help make the stay more comfortable and enjoyable, especially for guests tired after a long day.

The top floors and the roof has a very good view to the city in the night time you can have a great beautiful view to the new Moscow. The building itself is nice and big with a very good design of the 7 sisters' buildings in Moscow. After the elevator to the top floor, there is a stairway to reach to the roof.

I would like to personally thank Maksim, the bellman! Although I didn’t stay at the hotel, I encountered an issue with my taxi driver. Instead of dropping me off at my hotel, he mistakenly took me to the Radisson. The taxi driver didn’t speak English, so someone from the hotel brought Maksim to assist me in navigating this challenging situation.

Maksim not only helped me but also invited me inside the hotel so I could take a look around. I felt very welcomed and in safe hands. This experience has made me decide that the next time I visit Moscow, I will definitely stay at your hotel!

Maksim went above and beyond expectations simply by being a helpful human being. I will always remember his kindness!

This hotel is amazing! Will definitely book it again if I come to Moscow again. The staff are lovely, the restaurant in the 29th floor makes very delicious dishes, and overall just a great hotel to stay at.
