Our company checked into 3 different rooms at the Hilton Leningradskaya Hotel on November 3. Before checking out, all the girls from all the rooms noticed that things were missing from their cosmetic bags. One of the girls called the police, after which the hotel manager immediately found the missing expensive limited edition eyeshadow palette. We claim that the hotel staff is stealing things from cosmetic bags, which causes a very bad review of the Hilton hotel chain. We ask that you look into this so that this does not happen again, since the room where the things went missing was cleaned only once and by one person.

I appreciated the staffs willingness to work with me during my recent stays at their hotel.  As an english speaker with what turned out to be very poor Russian speaking skills, I was concerned about my ability to communicate especially on my second reservation where I did not have a translator present.  They managed to understand what I needed and made sure my registration was completed in accordance with Russian law.  The stylist at the salon did a great job with a wash and cut.  I ordered room service and both orders were delivered by personable people.  The pelmini was lovely and refreshing after hours of travel.  The breakfast buffet I enjoyed on my second stay had a considerable assortment of foods I enjoyed trying.  As an American who was repeatedly told not to travel to Russia, I am glad I chose my own council.  I would have hated to miss the experience of staying at this wonderful place.

This is where I stay for my business trips. Every time I come, I have the same problem. Since I come very late, I put a do not disturb card in my room. However, in the morning, the cleaning staff knock on the door, then they enter the room and want to call the reception. I cannot even take a shower comfortably. Please fix this situation because someone will enter the room.

I stay over few night here in middle of winter, it is old, but extremely give you good vibes, breakfast is also good.  the temperature of the rooms is also good controlled.
