I stayed in this hotel 29.11-7.12 and all this days everything was perfect. Receptionists were polite to us and always tried to help. Breakfasts were always good and fresh. Our deluxe room had an amazing view, every day room was clean.

Bad service  bad food they don’t think about another arab visitor that they might not eaten pork or oily pork food even the rooms dusty i will not comeback to this hotel and please ocean group company don’t deal with  this hotel again

Very nice hotel. IT was quite. It is right in the middle of the city. We got some good deal because we were there in March (maybe $50 per night or even less), but when we looked at July prices, of course it was three times more. We did not use any services, so no opinion. The front desk was nice, and they have a little bar at the front. Late at night I ordered some cognac there on the way to the room from a restaurant. The barman had a very funny look on his face when I asked to add a piece of ice in it... :)

It is a clean hotel with nice (meaning decent size and clean, renovated bathroom). In Spain  that would be a AC or NH hotel. No luxury. The personnel at the reception desk, exception made of the manager, were appalling. The hotel is very well located, just 10 min away from the Hermitage. They bank on that. They have larger rooms, at a higher rate. Definitely, it is not a 5 star, maybe not even 4. You will see that when u walk in the lobby area. It is sad.

Everyone and everything was top notch.  The staff for concierge were extremely helpful. The front desk staff were genuinely respectful and caring for any of our needs.  Room was spotless - amenities perfect. Location excellent.  No hesitation to recommend this hotel for a perfect stay.
