My experience with Marriott has been highly disappointing. It’s been over a month and a half since my stay, and I’m still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. I was initially told it would take 10 days, but here I am, heading into the second month with no resolution.

Despite providing all necessary documentation, the lack of communication and follow-up is unacceptable. This level of unprofessionalism and dishonesty is not what I expect from a reputable brand like Marriott.

I will think twice before booking with Marriott again and strongly advise they improve their handling of customer deposits. This experience has been very frustrating.

Stayed at the hotel for a weekend escape in Bucharest. The property is excellent with professional and very friendly staff in all services; Reception, concierge, housekeeping, executive lounge. Rooms are spacious very well maintained and clean. Breakfast choice very rich and of very good quality. Nothing bad to say about the hotel. As far as location, it might not be at the smack center of Bucharest and next to the old city but at the same time is not a long ride or if you like walking in a beautiful long walk to the historic center and many different monuments

Always a pleasure to come back at the JW Marriott Bucharest.
Rooms are clean, quiet and spacious.
The receptionists, the bellboys and the entire staff are great.
It feels like my second home.

Excellent food, outstanding staff, and a delicious breakfast. The hotel team goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a wonderful experience. A special thank you to Yasmin for her professionalism and kindness. JW Marriott is fortunate to have such dedicated employees.

I loved my stay here at the JW. The room was great, and the executive lounge was a little busy at times but had everything you needed.

The breakfast options were plentiful, but they only had one coffee machine, so sometimes you had to wait.

The concierge was very helpful and organized a tour for me at the Parliament.

The cleaning staff were great and cleaned up everything for us.

The location is a little far out of town, but it is a nice walk or an easy taxi ride to get around. There are a few places to eat or drink nearby and a casino on site, too.

The gym is massive and great, and I enjoyed working out there.

Great place to stay if you don't want to be in the old town.

Checkout was a slight issue due to the world computer outage, but everything was done in 2 minutes, so I was so happy.
