Hotel Cismigiu is a diamond in the heart of Bucharest. We were pleasantly surprised at the great accommodations. We had a one bedroom suite…complete with a separate living room, bathroom, and bedroom… mini apartment. The minibar was well stocked. The highlight has to be the hotel bar on the rooftop!! The atmosphere, staff, and food are all phenomenal

Spent a few days in Hotel Cismigiu. We found the room a good size, clean & well equipped. Staff were friendly and the place was well located in the centre of Bucharest.

The breakfast was unexceptional but acceptable (served in a very pink dining room).

For what we paid, I felt it was good value but all-in-all a little bit dull.

We were a couple visiting Bucharest  and had an apartment in 2nd floor facing the main street but it was sound proof. Room was big very well decorated and equipped.  Clean and comfortable.  Lots of closets, big kitchen and very nice and modern  bathroom. The hotel had underground parking. We paid around 15 USD for 2 days. Great price. Hotel is located in the center near the old and new city. You can walk everywhere easily. We didn't use our car or public transportation. Lots of good restaurants in the nearby street. Restaurant in 6 floor is beautifully decorated and breakfast was very good. Staff was helpful and service was very good in reception and restaurant. Only downside were the elevators. Small and slow but working. A great choice to stay in Bucharest.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in Bucuresti. One of the bonuses of the hotel is having its own underground parking lot as parking might be a problem in the historic city center. Another good point is the big size of both the rooms and the bathroom.
All the hotel premises are clean and smell nice.
We were really impressed with the design of the breakfast room on the upper floor and the choice for breakfast. The staff are helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay again at Cișmigiu.

I screwed up and left something behind in the room, flew back home and realized it,  i called the hotel multiple times and was given the run around every time, i arranged a shipping company to come pick up and the hotel staff refused to even put my item in a box so the shipper could just walk in and get it back to me. Multiple staff refused to help in any way possible, i was even told that "no mail is allowed outside of Romania"  I was also never allowed to speak to a manager, they were always out or on vacation. Yes i messed up and forgot something, but damn, how hard is it to put one thing in a box and close the lid so someone else can do the rest?
