We had a fantastic lunch with friends at Norma. We decided to go with the tasting menu and it was such a fun concept! They walked us through different stages of Norma's life through the dishes. I will not post some of the pictures in order not to jeopardize the surprise factor of the experience but the most memorable one was the dessert: The presentation, the texture, the taste, the cutlery that came with it - everything was perfect. Those who did not choose the wine pairing really enjoyed their mocktails. The service was very attentive. I'd definitely recommend it.

I really appreciated the excellent service - our waiter took time to explain each dish, answer any questions I had and made sure we were well taken care of. He was also understanding when we ordered only one starter (with 2 mains) as we had a late lunch.

We recommend the fried mussels starter and tender cuttlefish with açorda! The cod fish was delicious too, though we both thought the chickpeas didn't go so well with it. The tartin was my least favourite dish and honestly quite forgettable (also expected puff pastry, as the menu indicated, but it wasn't flaky at all).

Overall a great meal though and certainly worth a try! :)

Had an amazing lunch at Norma! It’s a must if you are staying or passing by Guimarães. All dishes were amazing, personal favourites were rissois filled with mussels and wasabi brûlée! Absolutely delicious 🤤

Food is very creative, special and different.. sometimes really wow - others just alright.. starters were the best (cachorro) else fine.. staff is friendly but service a lil bit slow.. constantly waving.. askin for wine etc made it a bit tiring - issues w the payment - got solved then

A hidden gem tucked away in Guimarães, with the most beautiful little terrace to soak up the sunshine.
The restaurant is trendy and modern with gorgeous interiors. The staff are so friendly and the food was AMAZING!! We had their set lunch menu and the shrimp tacos were unreal. Highly recommend visiting and hoping we can squeeze in another visit before we fly home!
