This hotel was a perfect for our road trip through Portugal. As we were traveling with a car, we needed a hotel with parking near by. Luckily, the public parking was located in the basement of those hotel.

The rooms were spacious (for European standards), and clean. We were touring most of the day, but it was a comfortable retreat after a long day. My sister and I shared a double room and had plenty of space to spread out and relax.

While the hotel is located a bit outside the main city center, There's a metro stop down the street. We enjoyed being in a quieter neighborhood and getting restful sleep away from the noise in Lisbon proper. The metro made it easy to access all the sights and attractions we wanted to visit.

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and ensuring we had everything we needed.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Lisbon with a car. It offers the perfect combination of convenience, comfort, and value.

A lovely hotel in a great location. Super clean and spacious rooms.
Breakfast was well organised and so much selection. The hot food wasn’t very hot and that’s my only complaint.
The rooftop pool and bar was really lovely.
Staff very nice and attentive.
I would definitely recommend staying here.

A really great stay here for our honeymoon. The room was insane and they even gave us rose petals and swan towels! The rooftop pool/bar is great for relaxing, drinks are good and the staff are so friendly and attentive. The breakfast options are good, lots to pick from and never feels too busy. Would definitely stay again.

Overall: we're disappointed regarding the price and had expected much more from a 4 star hotel. We won't go there again.
Negative: it's awfully loud 24/7. There was rumbling, scratching, slamming doors and constant noise. Fresh towels had stains, the linen hadn't been changed even after a week. The breakfast buffet is huge but nothing is really good except the fruit but even that was only fresh twice in a week. Everything else would be rated basic standard in D-A-CH and Scandinavia. The rooftop area and its pools are way too small and always overcrowded. We wanted to stay there 3 times and only found a free place once. Only the toilet paper was replenished daily, the rest of the toiletry was never.
Positive: the staff is super friendly and caring. The rooms are spacious and tidy and the location is well connected to the rest of the city by bus and metro.

I had a wonderful stay at the Jupiter Hotel in Lisbon! The modern yet charming hotel offered spacious, clean rooms with stunning views. The highlight was the spa—a serene oasis where I enjoyed a rejuvenating massage and top-notch facilities, including a sauna and steam room. The staff was incredibly attentive, making for a truly relaxing experience. Plus, the hotel’s location is perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommend the Jupiter Hotel and its fantastic spa!
