The room is clean, but small. The bed are definitely too small for 2 people. It is very basic and outdated. The staff are nice. Stayed here for 4 nights because we got secret hotel from hotwire. Quiet disappointed because I think it is too expensive for what we paid. It is in very quiet neighbourhood, the good thing is that they ha e few supermarket nearby and a board game cafe next door. The location is not too close to the old town. About 20-25 minutes walk.

The hotel was in a great location within walking distance of buses, trams, a 3 storey mall and the market square. The rooms were sufficient however, towels were small and a bit scratchy and you could hear noise from the hallways and adjoining rooms. The staff were friendly and check in/out was easy.

Very nice convenient hotel not far from coach and railway station. Easy to find, good public transport possibilities nearby too. Easy to access Old town and other areas of the city.

Room fine. Even got a fan (very needed hot summer days) and a water boiler to make coffee or tea.

Friendly staff and cleaning nothing to mark on.

Only thing they should do something about is the not so healthy carpet that covers all floors and even the lower parts of the walls (!). Then it would have been a 5 star review.

We reserved a 7-night stay for a group of 9 adults and a toddler. Staff were very helpful, from weeks prior to our arrival by attending promptly to specific queries we had. Rooms were found clean, and room service was excellent. Breakfast was decent and satisfactory.

We did have a credit card / exchange conversion issue (something which seemingly was beyond the hotel's control...), which resulted in having our credit card charged much more than expected. To our surprise, a day or so later, the hotel manager showed that they were concerned of this and provided us with an adequate gift; this gesture was not expected thus we really appreciated it. A big thumbs up to this, hence why I sincerely recommend travellers to this accommodation. Travellers will not be disappointed.

As a minor suggestion to the property, one may consider adding a larger bin to the room as the only one available (in the bathroom) was quite small.

I stayed at this hotel on the evening of Wednesday, 10 July. Pleasant accommodations, clean room, comfortable bed, nice communal breakfast nook, cheerful, courteous and helpful staff (special thanks to the captains of the reception desk -- Damon and Eileen!). Excellent location, close to central train station, and within walking distance of Old Town. Two "thumbs up!" and Five Stars!!!
