Another paradise for meat lovers in Kraków! I enjoyed my beef tartar as much as my burger. The service was very excellent and the cocktails were also very good. I will surely come back to try other dishes here. I recommend booking a table because the place can be full in the evening. 5/5

The beef rib (cooked for 8 hours) was truly exceptional—melt-in-your-mouth tender, perfectly paired with delicious elements and mashed potatoes. It’s definitely going to be on my table during my next visit.

The beef skirt was enriched with shrimp and spicy sauce. While the spicy sauce might not be for everyone, I personally enjoyed it. The combination with the shrimp was very tasty.

As for the beef burger, it was far superior to many places in Krakow. It was more flavorful and of higher quality than what you find at many so-called burger joints. The slight tangy flavor in the lettuce really stood out to me—I loved it. Simple and very delicious.

Lastly, the homemade iced tea was very tasty as well.

However, it was very hot inside, and at times, it was hard to breathe. Some of the waiters were okay, but one of them was rude when I asked about the washroom.

Karakter is a delightful find that left a lasting impression on me. I visited in July 2024 for dinner, and from the moment I arrived, I was struck by the charming and cozy atmosphere.

The service was outstanding. We had an amazing waiter who spoke excellent English. She was incredibly polite and took the time to explain everything in detail, which helped us choose the right dishes.

For starters, we tried the mini donuts. These were a flavor bomb—a delightful mix of tastes that is an absolute must-try. Moving on to the drinks, they had a great selection of cocktails. We tried a few, and each one was delicious.

For the main course, I opted for the beef ribs, and they were incredible. The meat melted in my mouth, and the flavor was exceptional—easily one of the best ribs I have ever eaten. My friend had the burger and commented that it was one of the best burgers he had ever tasted.

Overall, we had an amazing time at Karakter. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant. You will enjoy it just as much as we did.

Nice and tasty place. We ordered steak with shrimps, ostrich tartare and cheesecake. Cheesecake was delicious, literally best I ever had 🤤 Ostrich tartare was interesting, never tried it before. Steak was good but I didn’t like the sauce, too spicy for me.
Service was great but overall atmosphere on the underground area is kinda messy. You don’t feel cozy there.

I went to this restaurant when it was late night. But it is good to make reservations earlier. The main menu was really nice especially beef streak with prawns . I had goat cheese cake with beetroot ice cream which was also very delicious. More than anything, their customer service is really appreciated. Each waitress would explain about the dish very clearly.
