Wednesday evening at 6:30pm we had booked a table. We entered from the harbour side. There were tables available and people were leaving as we arrived. We were shown to a table near the bar once the staff were organized. We were too early for the 5 course menu but we would not have been able to get one course we wanted to try, so we were happy to have 3 courses. There were waits between courses but the chef served the dishes and explained what was in them in English which helped us a lot. Really enjoyed all the food. The atmosphere was very low key but we could tell that later on would be busy. The best meal of the holiday so far.

We were 5. We ordered all the dishes in the menu! The food was excellent. Very picttres, visually inviting and also delicious. Long waiting time between the appetizers and main courses, so be patient, it's worth it. We ordered the desert twice because it was so good.

Exceptional food! I had the skrei (cod) and it was as great as it can ever become. If you are in Volda and do not visit this restaurant it will be the biggest mistake you can make on your stay. It is not the cheapest restaurant, but in my opinion it is great value for money. The Brør IPA is also worth a try.

Truly by far the best restaurant in the whole region and a radius of 300-400km! U will not regret if u go there! We managed to take only one picture of the 5 course dinner as the food was just sooooooo good that we forgot take pictures! 😍😍😍

So proud to see staff who knows what they are doing. Hope they can grace Volda with their services for as long as they wish to.

Food quality 50/50.

(Vinegrette complemented puré beautifully, pickle brine was just perfect, potatoes texture was to die for 💚😅 and ?radish? microgreens were a beautiful touch as well. Unfortunately, fish was dry, vegetable was burned in comparison to 4 people I ordered the same thing with,and vinegrette was not dispersed evenly, so first bite was only oily. I got over it mid meal and beer helped,but ...)

Hopefully better next time since the overall atmosphere makes one impatient for another visit🤗🥰🥰
