Rud er bedre sted en løxa men ikke forvent så mye særlig på jobbsøker råd ting blir utsatt flest blir buret inne i et miljø der meningen er ikke å få jobb eksternt men internt ikke forvent høy lønn i tillegg til uføretrygd. Noen steder kan man få lærling lønn men andre er kun bonus hvis du er så heldig. Man får noen reiser og små ting som vafler/ is pizza fruktsalat etc hvis man er heldig.Mølla kompetansesenter satset mere ekstern praksis. Man får jobbsøkerkurs og må aktivt be om attester var lettere på mølla og tidligere Dønski industrier vakåsveien. Husk ting tar tid. Men bedriften kan bli bedre på kurs og opplæring også gi bedre jobbtilbud vær glad du får over 4 dager jobb ikke ha høye forventninger eller forhåpninger. De stiller høye krav særlig grafisk og kantine må ha enten kokkeutdannelse eller praksis tidligere lite muligheter. Bilprosjekt er tidlig startfase samme med bilpleie og bruktbutikken. Men får jo noen kurs.

Kantinen var bedre før en nå en som heter Anita i kantinen. er en plage vil ikke selge gårsdagens lengere.

But the company can improve on courses and training and also provide better job offers, be happy you get more than 4 days of work, don't have high expectations or hopes. They make high demands, particularly graphically, and the canteen must have either culinary training or practical experience, which previously had few opportunities. Car project is an early start phase, the same as car care and the second-hand shop. But get some courses.

The canteen was better before now someone called Anita in the canteen. is a nuisance will not sell yesterday's anymore.

Arba er en kjempe bra arbeides  plass å væra  på så det er sakt.. må anbefales  for alle å de som sitter i rulle stoller å gå stoller

Arba is a very good working place to be at, so that's for sure.. must be recommended for everyone who sits in wheelchairs to walk wheelchairs

Flott butikk, rent og pent og hyggelig betjening. Kafeen har for kort åpningstid😍

Kan kjøpe billig  brukte sykler og bruke møbler.  Veldig interessant sted
