The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The restaurant is very good.
Unfortunately, the spa is completely overrated, the sauna area is very small and the pool is full of loud children playing.
We imagined it differently and will therefore not be coming back.

The hotel was very quiet and pleasant, the food in the restaurant was delicious. The room is large and spacious, but the bed left something to be desired, it was two single beds pushed together, hindering the experience as a couple. The pool had a pleasant temperature, but there were problems with its operation/buttons

Great spacious suite, well decorated, clean and with a nice balcony, but it would have been more comfortable to have Air Conditioning!
Very kind and helpful staff!

Out of the way, pleasant hideaway in the green fields and woods straddling the Dutch-German border. Both the hotel and the cottages are clean, pleasant and comfortable. Staff is friendly, helpful and very representative, while the restaurant not only serves a bib gourmand menu, but is also able to accommodate children, specific tastes and dietary requirements. Definitely visiting again!

The location is nice, the service is about average, the rooms are old and require renovation (very spacious!). But for a 4 star place I do not expect mold in the bathroom and thick dust on cabinets. Don’t come here for wellness though, the pool is average, the sauna a big disappointment and the treatments are just ok. That was quite disappointing as it was the main reason for our visit. The restaurant was quite nice and a bit above average, unfortunately the service became worse as the evening progressed, ending up waiting over 20 minutes on the bill after asking for it multiple times. But the portions were nicely sized and for the price perfectly fine. In general not our best experience though.
