Stayed here for a little under 10 days. All employees were super helpful and promptly sorted out any requests or concerns I had. The room I stayed in had a few annoying bathroom quirks, but overall was very clean and comfortable. Location was super convenient being right next to the train station. Overall very enjoyable stay!

From the moment I arrived, the staff ensured a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The comfortable accommodation, delicious dining options, and impeccable housekeeping services exceeded our expectations. I was particularly impressed with how smoothly everything was organised and your team members' professionalism and friendliness.
Please especially thank Merel, She took time in her busy schedule to stop and talk to us and present a special birthday surprise to our party.
We brought some family with us, who had never been to the Netherlands and your hospitality blew them away.

The Junior suite had a big bathroom,  the sauna in the room was fantastic, and the bath was very large. The large bath had jets which was a great addition. They hotel provided a small bag of bath salts, a sewing kit, a small shoe polish and a great coffee machine, with plenty of pods for us to use.
Pancakes at breakfast were very good, and gave us a chance to try Dutch pancakes before we left Amsterdam/Zaandam.

I have been wanting to come to this unique looking hotel for more than 5 years. When I finally stayed here it not only lived up to what I thought it would be like, but exceeded it in nearly every way.

The bathrobe and slippers was a lovely touch.

The only area we think could benefit from improvement is the breakfast. The soft boiled eggs, were hard boiled, with no runny yolks.

Beautiful hotel inside and out, very clean with friendly staff who are very helpful. We had a deluxe room, our bed was very comfortable and spacious. We had dinner in the restaurant on our third night, it was delicious! We also enjoyed the pool, sauna and steam room which was great after a full day of exploring. Located 5 minutes walk from zaandam station which is a 10 minute train ride from dam central and 15 mins from the airport by train 😍 would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the Netherlands 🇳🇱

It’s definitely my first and last visit to this hotel. Staff at the front desk was a racist . I came to the front desk first and I was polite to ask for help. The lady who came after me jumped the queue, I said I came here first but then she started shouting and swearing at me. Then the staff asked me rudely to let that lady first as they are both black but I am not. The staff was a black lady with glasses and she asked me to go to another staff as she wouldn’t be serving me. Absolutely disgusting for their behaviour. I actually reported to the hotel after my extremely tremendous experience but the hotel didn’t respond at all. That’s very sad. Please check the cctv at the lobby.
