Studio is one of, if not the best restaurant in Maastricht. I visited for the first time early last year, and I’m still thinking about how amazing it was. I was truly blown away by everything—the food, from the quality to the flavors and presentation; the staff, who were kind and knowledgeable; and the atmosphere, which was clean, upscale, and cozy. I’m looking forward to hopefully returning soon.

Truly a one of a kind experience. The attention to detail is extraordinary. Every meal is a party and i have not eaten anything like this at this level for quite some time. My Compliments to the chef and shout out to the staff about sharing their wine knowledge and sharing the passion about their bread, butter, meals and recipes. Please feast your eyes on these pictures i took. It was a nice family night with a party of four. Recommended!

You can easily see why Gilbert's received his Michelin star. This restaurant wins hands down anything we've seen in quite a while. The attention to details, the incredible selection of uncommon and matching wines, the uncommon and challenging combinations all worked out great. We've been told it was the first day of the new menu, yet it did not show. Atmosphere is great, attention of the staff and Gilbert is great and feels cosy. If you think the pictures look amazing, their tastes were amazing.
Yes it is pricey at about 200 euros pp due to wines, but I'd easily skip other places to save up returning here. Worth the wait of the reservation, for sure.

Truly one of the best places I have had diner! Amazing food and wines. Gilbert is one of the best cooking chef’s I’ve seen. The atmosphere is relaxed and calming. Great attention for detail and seasonal dishes.

Studio is a very nice restaurant, definitely worth a Michelin star! The food was excellent and the wine pairings were tasty. The chef's fusion cuisine draws heavily on flavors from the Near - and Far East. Service was efficient and friendly. The kitchen team introduce each plate at the table. Minor point of criticism, it took a bit too long to get the check. Overall, a great experience!
