The restaurant serves good food and is worth the money. Our dishes are good for tasting the seafood and local dishes at the same time. Recommend trying the special menu, but require at least 2 people to order.

It’s such a treat to find a restaurant like this in a charming little town—amazing old-world vibes paired with incredible food. Plus friendly porfessonal service. Highly recommend!

The place is outstanding and the stellar example of the Buranese food and hospitality. The food was prepared to perfection. The service was excellent. We felt welcomed at the first step. Make sure to do reservation. It is a piece of culinary art and history not to be missed.

A lot of the dishes on the menu require a minimum of 2 people for some reason, so since I was by myself I had few options. I went for the spaghetti with clams and it was unbelievably delicious! Best meal I’ve had in Italy so far. I unexpectedly got a booking for lunch after a cancellation, but when I showed up, there were heaps of empty tables. Reserved for walk ins, maybe?

We had an easy boat ride from Venice to Murano to the colorful town of Burano,  We walked over to the restaurant and waited until opening.  I strongly recommend getting reservations which are requested and confirmed by email.  We were seated out front next to the water.

We had the seafood appetizers - raw seafood (mostly local) and grilled shell fish.  These were tasty especially the scallops and scampi.

For our mains we had the crab pasta and the seafood risotto. The pasta was laid out beautifully and well made.  The risotto, a local specialty, was simple and sublime.  A beautiful balance of the seafood flavor, the cheese, butter, the rice, and other ingredients. It was well worth the trip just to taste this perfected dish.
