We came for lunch. The owner and his dog were nice. The food was good. We were pretty much over pizza and pasta and had a hamburger and a veggie burger. They were delicious. My daughter in law had pasta. She lived it.

During our recent visit to La Bandita restaurant, we were blown away by the exceptional dining experience. The food was simply exquisite, each dish full of flavor and beautifully presented. The wine selection was extensive, offering the perfect accompaniment to our meals. However, what truly set this restaurant apart was the incredible hospitality we received. The staff, including the owner, went above and beyond to make our visits truly unforgettable. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made us and our children feel like valued guests. We were so enamored with our first visit that we couldn't resist returning for a second time. Look forward to our return!

We only ate at the restaurant for dinner, but it was legitimately one of the best dinners we had during our trip to Italy. The White Ragu was something I had never had before, but was delicious. To top it off, our meal, while not cheap at €70 for two with wine, was less expensive than other meals that weren’t nearly as good.

Based on the many positive reviews, we visited this restaurant. The service was very nice and friendly. The garden ambiance was very cozy and typically Italian rustic. We ordered the truffle pasta for €24, but unfortunately, the dish was not worth the price. The noodles were overcooked, and the entire dish tasted mainly like scrambled eggs with a bit of truffle. Overall, we had the impression that the quality of the cuisine in Pienza suffers from the many international guests. The food was okay, but not exceptional.

La Bandita Townhouse was our favorite place we stayed during our trip across Italy. The junior suite was beautiful, modern, and spacious with beautiful views of the town and hills. The restaurant had the BEST food and we ended up eating there multiple nights, plus their amazing breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great as it was located within the city, so you could easily take a stroll through town. I would highly recommend this hotel & restaurant to anyone going to Pienza!
