This is a Michelin one star and that’s why I decided to try. It was a very nice environment in Montalcino old town and I was not disappointed overall as experience. Waiter and owner very nice and friendly. Local food very authentic with good wine selection, price affordable. All was good. Perfect choice for a romantic walk around the old town to digest, just watch the tripod stairs on the hill. Seems here to be back in the middle age time. If you stop in this town, you this is not a bad experience

Very good traditional Tuscan pasta dishes. Service was ... different.  It seemed like we got passed from one staff person to another. I liked the traditional decor/ambiance. Prices seemed reasonable.

The food was good, couple of naturally vegan main options, tasty but rather basic. The service was lovely but the waitresses lacked any knowledge on the rather thick wine menu so you’re sort of left to your own means and google to find out what you’d like to order.

Lovely little spot with a very good spot to enjoy the view.
Amazing wine selection but make sure you know a bit about them as unfortunately not all the waiters know their wines.
Food was lovely, unfortunately not a lot of vegan option but a bit of vegetarian which were delicious.

The view from the top table outside is wonderful and adds to the overall experience of visiting the restaurant. Both the Conchiglie alla fiamma and Pinci al ragu di carne were delicious, rich in flavour and great in texture. The wine suggested by the staff was the perfect accompaniment to an already delicious meal. I highly recommend a visit to the restaurant.
