Every time you walk in it smells amazing and feels like home! The rooms were clean and neatly organized! Breakfast was yummy as it issues a buffet so you can have a little of everything! It’s easy to get here from the metro and easy to walk anywhere you could go around the town! Definitely worth the stay!

I stayed at this beautiful hotel in Florence two years ago, and my experience was absolutely unforgettable. Upon check-in, the receptionist, Francesco, warmly welcomed me and went above and beyond by upgrading my room. The room itself was impressively spacious, more than I could have imagined, and filled with high-quality amenities that truly enhanced my stay. Every detail was well thought out, with comforts that far exceeded my expectations, making it feel luxurious yet cozy. Francesco’s hospitality, combined with the hotel’s superb offerings, made this stay one I’ll always remember fondly. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Florence!

What a wonderful experience. The Tivoli Palazzo is an opulent hotel which makes you feel back in time. The staff are accomodating and wonderfully nice. They remember your name and take the time to ensure that you have the best stay you can. The rooms are spectacular, and are as luxurious as they are comfortable. The bed was one of the best hotel beds I have slept on and allowed me to have 9 hours sleep. The bathroom is clean and beautiful. It’s the small touches that I appreciated. The handwritten note and fruit on arrival as well as a personal escort to the room. I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook a stay within this hotel. I also used the laundry service of which my clothes were returned within 4 hours even though I had not selected it to be expedited.

Our recent stay at the Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi was nothing short of exceptional, largely thanks to Samuel, the outstanding manager. From the moment we arrived, Samuel went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect in every way.

His personalized approach to customer service truly stood out. Samuel provided us with fantastic recommendations for local attractions and dining, all of which turned out to be highlights of our trip. His knowledge and insights into the city made our exploration so much richer and more enjoyable.

But Samuel's assistance didn’t stop at recommendations. He also took care of all our bookings, ensuring we had reservations at the best restaurants and tickets to the most sought-after events. This level of care and attention to detail made us feel incredibly valued and allowed us to relax and enjoy our vacation without any stress.

Moreover, Samuel was always attentive to our needs, no matter how small. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing extra amenities in our room, or simply checking in to see if there was anything more he could do for us, his dedication was evident and greatly appreciated.

My wife and I and other family members were fortunate enough to have spent a few days in Florence on holiday at this wonderful hotel.  We were all very impressed with the hotel including the rooms, the service and best breakfast we ever had.  All people at the hotel were so very helpful and pleasant.  The rooftop bar was a real treat with the wonderful view and again excellent service.  We look forward to a return to Florence and another stay at this terrific hotel.  Thank you.
