The staff went above and beyond to make my Honeymoon stay one of the best trips of our lives. We enjoyed morning breakfast on the rooftop terrace along with beautiful sunsets. It's in a great location, has great restaurants next to the hotel and is walking distance from everything. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence. My wife and I look forward to hopefully returning someday soon!

The staff here is terrific!  They’re focused on making sure their guests have a wonderful experience.  The hotel feels more like a home staffed with family and friends.  This was truly a 5-star customer service experience…

My husband and I had an incredible stay here for our anniversary! The hotel room was very spacious and had the most beautiful ceilings and decor. It was probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at that combined historic, authentic ambiance with good amenities and space. I also loved the neighborhood we were in. It was more quaint than the other side of the river, but still had great restaurants and local feel.

The staff was super friendly and helpful our whole time there. Being able to have breakfast on the rooftop terrace every morning was a treat. The views of the city and santo Spirito are great. I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you to the entire staff for making our staying special and memorable!

We had a great experience with Hotel Palazzo Guadagni. It was nice that the location was away from the busier areas so it felt more relaxed. The service was wonderful and all of the staff members were kind. Our room was bigger than expected, had a cozy feel, and was exactly what we were hoping for. It was a bit loud being near the staff break room/above the kitchen, but we expected that with an older building. Thin walls and doors. But overall, we’d definitely recommend this stay!

Words cannot describe this hotel,, its 500 years old and its magical,
The rooms make you feel like you’re living an ancient story,,
The staff are very kind and sweet and very helpful!!
Rooms are spacious and clean. And you have the loggia bar which is a terrace:roof bar overviewing florence and its just perfect!
The hotel is not exactly in the centre which we Adored because it was very quiet, and it is surrounded by REALLY GOOD RESTAURANTS!!
I loved it keep up the good work guys
