Our stay at this hotel was truly delightful; the location is great, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience even better. While some reviews noted that the rooms are on the smaller side, we didn't mind as we didn't spend much time in them. The rooftop terrace bar offers stunning views, but do keep in mind that the cocktail menu is a bit on the pricey side. We will absolutely be recommending this hotel to our friends and family!

What a fantastic experience! The hotel is in the best location in Florence - convenient to everything. The room was beautiful, and access to the rooftop terrace was a huge plus when we wanted some quiet time away from the crowds.

I have to highlight the exceptional level of service - everyone could not have been nicer, and the attention to detail in making us feel welcome was special. There was a minor inconvenience when we checked in, but they made sure to correct it quickly. Highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed here for our 6th anniversary. We absolutely loved everything about it. The staff is amazing, the rooms are beautiful and the location is fantastic and walkable. Highly recommend staying here while in Firenze.

Amazing experience. The concierge and bellman were SO helpful and so kind, called multiple restaurants for us on her own initiative, and directed us to a great restaurant that was open late. And the bellman was already calling a cab for us when he saw us rushing to check out to catch our flight and had our bags in the cab so fast! He definitely is the reason we made our flight! The rooms themselves feel very luxe and modern,, bed was super comfortable, shower was fantastic. The rooftop bar is lovely. Will absolutely stay here again next time we are in Florence.

I am truly shocked at how revolting this hotel is. It feels very much like an $80 dollar a night motel. The lobby is dingy and tiny (like in a hostel). The photographs of the rooms are deceiving, the rooms are tiny, about the size of the bed. Our room was $980 a night in mid October. The sinks which are a faux fancy with a flat drain, smell like mildew, as it’s impossible to clean underneath the flat surface. This truly felt like a swindle. Furthermore all the bedding is polyester. The pillows and the duvet both polyester. There is no top sheet just a the polyester duvet. I have not had such terrible  bedding since I was a traveling college student.
