This is a wonderful hotel. It’s close to everything. The staff was magical, extremely helpful and courteous. The rooms were comfortable and updated. The shower was a dream. The breakfast was extensive, with many options. We asked the front desk gentleman about getting a taxi to the airport our last morning at 4am, they offered to schedule a taxi and have breakfast boxes for us, since we were leaving before breakfast was served. This was very helpful and we appreciated it because it lessened our stress. I appreciated their kindness and willingness to make our full experience while in Florence the best experience.

Side note, Every time I took the elevator and the door opened, it played three notes, which reminded me of the song, sunny days, from Sesame Street, which put a pep in my step.

If I visit Florence again I would definitely stay here! I highly recommend it.

I've traveled extensively and have only had a rare few experiences where every aspect of the stay was amazing. From the wonderful staff, to the excellent rooms, and great bar this place goes above and beyond. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the kids so much that I had to drag them from the hotel. It's centrally located so walking to every attraction is a breeze. We'll never stay anywhere else.

I cannot sing enough praise for the staff of hotel Brunelleschi.  The service was immaculate. The location was perfect.  The room was very comfortable and luxurious.  And  to add on, the staff was very helpful in getting us a car to our next destination because of the train strike.  Thank you so much for making the beginning of our trip flawless.

Lovely hotel in a great location. This is a very high service hotel. They truly try hard to think of everything and to treat each person with care and attention.

We had a terrific suite without a view. Be warned that it can be noisy on the street but it wasn’t any worse than any other typical city.

Also the ancient tower connected to the hotel gets a lot of tourist attention so there are often many tour groups located near the entrance.

Hotel guests get to check out the free museum located inside (takes about 10 minutes).

Breakfast is nice and offers a lot of different selections.

The beds are quite comfy and there is a lot of storage for items.

Housekeeping did a terrific job, coming in twice per day.

I only stayed here one night, but it was a lovely experience! The hotel is located on a more quiet side street, but in the most central location in Florence. You have the ability to sit outside their cafe and relax, but are just steps away from all Florence has to offer. The room had all the luxuries you could ever ask for and was very well designed; a warm robe and slippers, water, coffee and tea, blow dryer, mini bar with drinks and snacks, little chocolates on your pillow, etc. I ordered room service for breakfast and it was delicious. They also have a breakfast buffet. The restaurant and bar downstairs looked great, but I didn't have time to check it out. The front desk and staff were very polite and helpful. All in all, I would definitely recommend Hotel Brunelleschi for a topnotch hotel experience in Florence.
