I organized a trip to Sicily for 70 guests and chose Borgo Pantano as our home base. It turned out to be an absolute gem. The serene gardens and stunning pool made our downtime from activities feel like heaven. The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and always greeted us with warm smiles, handling all our requests with the utmost professionalism.

The food was consistently outstanding, starting with a sumptuous buffet breakfast that offered the largest and most diverse selection of savory and sweet options I've ever seen at a hotel.

Wow, wow, wow! We were completely blown away by Hotel Borgo Pantano.

I would like to preface this review by saying that we are very picky when it comes to hotels, and I spend many hours researching hotels at a very high standard, with value for money. We could not fault a single thing here.

The rooms are spacious, well maintained, super clean. We had a suite with adjoining rooms (perfect for us and our two young children).

The service at all points is exceptional - the staff can not do enough for you, and are always extremely friendly and welcoming.

Jessica, the on-site nanny, is a real gem. She played with and looked after our three-year-old with endless enthusiasm every day, in the playroom and by the pool. They even ate lunch together. All whilst we relaxed - such a rarity for parents on holiday. This service is included in your stay which really sets this hotel apart from others.

The grounds are stunning, the pools are beautiful. One of them is warm like a bath - bliss! All have shallow areas, perfect for children to play in. But this is not a hotel crawling with screaming children - far from it! There are plenty of places to relax in peace.

The breakfast was out of this world - so many delicious savoury and sweet continental options, and the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever tasted. The on-site restaurant creates really special, delicious dishes, using fresh, local ingredients.

We felt totally spoilt staying here, in a luxurious setting, and it has left a lasting impression. Do not hesitate to book to stay here, I can promise you won’t regret it - even if you are picky like us!

First and foremost the staff here are incredible! Full of information about the surrounds and everything in between. There is a nanny available and courtesy buses into town. It was a great location for us as we were able to feel miles away from the hustle and bustle but able to access Siracusa and ortigia within ten min drive. The property is immaculate, food is fabulous and child friendly without feeling like a kids resort. The rooms are large. The breakfast is incredible with all the pastries Sicily has to offer plus regulars and more. My only negative is I wish we booked to stay here longer.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Absolutely stunning, sprawling property with lush grass and a host of ways to relax. We travelled here with our two year old daughter and were blown away by the hospitality and options for our little one, from the in-house kids club coordinator to the playground and huge pools. This is the perfect place for a family, but let me assure you, this is not a noisy kids resort...it is quiet, the on site restaurant is exceptional and the place is so big that you can easily find a cabana, hammock or day bed to jump into and relax. The breakfast buffet is five star with delicious local food options. Location wise, you're a 10/15 minute drive to Siracusa and close to some beautiful beaches as well. Do not hesitate to stay here!

We absolutely loved this hotel. The property is just stunning. A 15 minute drive into Siracuse but well worth being out of the hustle & bustle. The staff are so informative, professional & friendly & made us feel very comfortable & relaxed staying with a 4 & 2 year old.The man who greeted us when checking in was so lovely & helpful providing us with all the information & tips we needed for both the hotel & travelling around Siracuse. The buffet breakfast was like nothing we had experienced before with a beautiful display of a wide variety of food. The restaurant is 1st class. We stayed 2 nights but now wish we had booked longer. Would highly recommend.
