Very modern, somewhat coldly furnished restaurant with its own upscale standards. Nice selection of Sardinian wines. Diverse and interesting selection of dishes. Tasted good, not quite up to expectations and prices. But still worth a visit as there is little comparable in the area. Unfortunately the waitresses don't speak a word of English, but they were very friendly.

It’s a fancy restaurant  in this area , good service and decent food .

Absolutely beautiful, the food, the service and the restaurant. There isn’t anything bad I have to say. We dined here two times and we’re blown away. Both waiters that served us were very good even though we didn’t speak any Italian, and I think the owner doesn’t speak English but he still always greeted us. 10/10 recommend. For those that are worried about the price, trust me it’s worth it.

I read some of the reviews before we went and it did say the food was ok, but nothing special. The reviews were definitely on par with reality.
We got the "terra" tasting menu and everything started fine with some smoked beef, however the beef tasted of absolutely nothing except for whatever condiments they had added. The presentation was interesting with smoke coming out when the waiter lifted the glass lid off of the plate.
From there it just went downhill. We had a poached egg which was poached sure, but it wasn't poached very equally and the presentation was horrid to look at.
After that we got the pasta with gorgonzola which was tasty, but very very heavy on the fat side. It was ok, but too heavy.
Then we got the veal which was completely fried to the extend that it was completely grey inside and dried out. On top of that they served the same puree as they did to the poached egg - not impressive.
Then we had dessert which was ok but quite dull.

All in all not worth the heavy price tag of 65€ per person excluding wine.

So apparently just because a restaurant is listed in the Michelin Guide it doesn't mean the food is great - at least we were not impressed. Sad, because the place is cozy and the waiters are very friendly although it looked like two of them was being trained, so they did make a few mistakes (dropping stuff on the floor when taking out dishes).
Also we would expect the waiters to speak English when at least presenting the food, because this was done solely in Italian.

EDIT: as stated, your waiters didn't speak English, so how were we supposed to communicate that things weren't up to par? And to be honest, it wasn't that it was bad, it just wasn't great either. It was mediocre or worse. Nonetheless, when we got the check, we were done with the meals anyways, so it's a bit late to discuss this.

As you state yourself: you're listed in the Michelin Guide - expectations are a lot higher when a restaurant is listed in the guide and the fact that the poached egg wasn't poached correctly (the whites were runny and inconsistently cooked) and the veal was grey inside (overcooked) tells me you are not up for the task of being in the Michelin Guide.
Either it was a different chef that cooked the meal for the Michelin Guide or you were just lucky on the day the Michelin Guide was there I can't say - I can tell you that your chef at the moment don't know how to cook at least.
Just because you're featured in the Michelin Guide doesn't mean meals should be expensive - there was absolutely nothing expensive about the courses - you didn't use any ingredients that was expensive, so the heavy price tag isn't justified and when the chef can't cook (you can't argue overcooked meat and undercooked poached egg), well then it can't be the wagers that justify the heavy price tag.

The fact that you start arguing with me over prices, but have nothing to say about the badly cooked meals, well I guess that just says it all, no?
And that you put words in my mouth saying "... that there are many reviews stating our dishes are not impressive..." well that's just not what I wrote. Nowhere did I state that it there were many reviews stating this.

Also, I didn't complain about the waitstaff - I just merely stated the fact that made mistakes and maybe that also contributed to my review.
