Location was the strongest argument for this hotel.

Rooms were clean however we had an issue with the toilet flush being stuck on (very loud),  reception sent someone up who couldn't resolve and stated would be back in 5 mins, had to call reception 1 hour later and was advised they had no idea what the issue was as they had just started shift, sent another person up and they also couldn't resolve (midnight by this time) was eventually given another room for the night, the new room had a couple of broken power sockets, although the hotel looks impressive and clean it really needs maintenance behind the scenes.

- Location is good but not worth it.
- You get one water and pay for the rest. At our other hotel we were given 2 bottles a day at no charge
-  Cannot change the temperature in the room . If you sleep with the window open to cool you down you’ll be awaken at 6am to construction/trucks.
- The staff wasn’t friendly. I was at the deck to ask a question and the male behind the desk kept picking you the phone and slamming it down while we talked (no verbal exchanges). They told us they would call after not knowing an answer never called us.
- Smart TV isn’t a smart TV. Could not connect to our apps and almost very channel was not available. We found one news outlet to watch for 3 nights
- Plugs don’t work aka you can’t use converters  they looked burned or something that wouldn’t even work

Very nice location close to Duomo. As a single female traveler I feel safe walking from the hotel to Duomo at midnight. Furnitures are bit dated but rooms are big, bathroom is very nice. The only thing I have to complain is that they were never able to get my room temperature above 19C, which was freezing to me. I call the front desk twice and they said they would adjust it but they never did.

Our room was upgraded free of charge. The staff are very kind and friendly. We had the balcony room and breakfast. Wide variety of food. A very classy, clean and comfortable hotel. Really enjoyed our time there. Good links to the rest of the city! Thank you for having us!

Amazing hotel, service and location. Room configuration a bit odd with the TV unit right in the middle of the room. Staff are amazing. Breakfast was basic. Nothing special.  All in all a good stay and I would recommend
