I’m so fortunate to get the table at La Pergola. The dining room is elegant and festive. The amuse-bouche dishes were prepared by the chef in front of our table. All of the dishes were full of flavors with authentic taste and modern presentation. The water and coffee menu are extraordinary, something I never seen before. Overall, a wonderful experience in Rome.

Dining at La Pergola is an unforgettable experience. The view overlooking Rome alone is worth the visit, but the experience just keeps getting better from there. The staff is efficient and super friendly, making you feel right at home while still being incredibly attentive.

The food is just amazing. I have to mention the burnt wheat tagliolini with rabbit and peppers. This wasn’t even on the menu, but it was a total masterpiece. The flavors were so unique and perfectly done, it’s honestly unforgettable.

Yes, it’s on the pricey side, but that’s expected, and it’s clear why this place has three Michelin stars. It really delivers on every level. If you're ever in Rome and looking for a special dining experience, La Pergola is absolutely worth it!

It’s unforgettable experience! Amazing atmosphere, amazing food and service… extremely attentive and nice chef, made for us one more main dish as surprise and compliment for my dress of this evening. He also came to every table few times. Deeply appreciated this behavior and attitude. Also it’s very nice that they have very beautiful and comfortable smoking room. Really best of the best!

Best dining experience of my life, first time at a three star Michelin. Everything was amazing; the taste the texture the service. A water menu from all around the world and two “books” lists of wine, very impressive wine collection.

top notch service, delicious food, beautiful scenary from the hotel 9th floor. magical moments. we had the tasting menu. loved the ravioli which is their signature dish, the red mullet and veal. the silver tower with 12 drawers of chocolate was a delight. every piece of chocolate is to die for...chocoholics' heaven. highly recommend and an experience worth repeating
