Superb place ! As the staff rightly say, it is a House and not a Hotel. The hospitality is great, rooms are nicely designed and authentic ! Will definitely come back.

The food is exquisite, the wine list superb. The service and atmosphere impeccable. A very special place for a special occasion.

Gorgeous property  in a quiet residential neighborhood. Close enough to walk everywhere but expect some healthy distances. We love to walk so it was perfect. Dining room was spectacular and very good breakfast.  Excellent and professional service from the breakfast staff. Room was simple and modestly decorated. Now the bad news. The room was dirty. Literally two cm of dust under the bed, garbage from previous guests on the bathroom floor. Very disappointing for a room at 400 euros a night.

The location and parking possibilities are good! The rooms are outdated. Breakfast was poor. Ironing was room was outdated too. The pricing is ok

Villa Laetitia felt like a very special and beautiful place in Rome. We loved sitting in the garden with our morning coffee. I thought our room was charming, I loved the thoughtful touches throughout. Our friend's room had an amazing balcony that was so relaxing and nice. I would have liked to stay longer.
