The service was impeccable. The team working hard to prepare the meal.
Overall the tasting menu had a few sashimi/ raw fish items. While I'm sure the seafood was fresh and delicious, what I found missing was the additional flavors from the other ingredients. The two pasta dishes were delicious.
The next day, I remember the souffles the most and forgot what I have had earlier.

Outstanding... doesn’t even start to cover it! A truly unforgettable mesmerising dining experience. Worth every penny. By far one of the best Michelin star experiences I have ever dreamed to have! The food was just divine and so imaginative. The service was delightful. I still dream of this place and cannot wait to go back!
