The concierge, Alessandro, is among the best we have encountered - probably the best. Anna is also very good. Julia at the front desk was very helpful. The piano players in the lobby were great and a welcome addition to the atmosphere. The hotel is beautiful. The front door staff is first rate. The room (Alcove Suite) was spacious. The decor is a bit dated and a little dilapidated. For example,  upholstery of the settee was torn. The maids did a good job but we did have an issue with one who threw out something we wanted to keep and did not supply us with something we wanted. The welcome bottle of Prosecco and a bottle of wine they sent along with the candy were illustrative of the conscientious attitude the hotel has for its guests. We highly recommend it.

Absolutely amazing!! This hotel has it all. Great spa and both indoor and outdoor pools, amazing grounds, wonderful private art collection. The views of Rome are great if your room faces the city. Service here truly shone as 5-star with their helpful and friendly attitude and the little touches they add such as setting out your slippers at night , bathroom mirrors that don’t fog up, and specially scented closets. The only downside is it’s about 25 minutes outside of the city and they have only one shuttle that runs into the city once per hour and back to the hotel once per hour. Everything else was great. I hope to make it back here one day.

Great hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. The rooms are comfortable and the bedding is of good quality. I enjoyed the breakfasts and the catering. I would like to thank all the staff for making my stay very pleasant and I highly recommend the establishment.

Beautiful property. Spacious rooms. Restaurants are too expensive. Food quality is good but does not command the price. Location is too far out. Would recommend this property for those who do not intend to spend much time in the central part of the city but rather prefer to relax and have a resort experience. The nature/plants and birds on the property, and the adjacent tennis facility are excellent.

My wife and I stayed here in September for five nights.  We were very impressed with the hotel and the staff.  The breakfasts that were served were fantastic.

The hotel sits on a hill to the west of downtown Rome.  Not a problem because the hotel runs a free shuttle service from the hotel to downtown every hour.

The rooms are impeccable and the staff is extremely helpful and glad to assist with any need.

We will certainly stay here again when we visit Rome again.
