Lovely restaurant and kind staff. Complimentary Prosecco once seated and limoncello at the end. We especially enjoyed our starters - bruschetta and rocket salad. The two pasta dishes were served in a tortilla-type bowl, which was a bit unexpected (and didn’t add to the meal, in our perspective). The seafood grille was a bit of a miss; I enjoyed the prawns and fish filet but found the rest a bit oily and not quite to my liking. We finished with a variety of desserts. The creme brûlée was the winner. Despite that we didn’t love everything we ordered I would go back and try other things from the menu.

10/10, Probably one of the best restaurants in rome, value for money 10/10, carbonara 10/10 plating 10/10, service 11/10. We ate carpaccio, risotto and carbonara and they were AMAZING. The flavour, the plating, the quality of the ingredients, our compliments go to the chef... It was a culinary experience and we ended up feeling like we paid less than what we ate. The service was very good and we recommend everyone that visits Rome to try this place.

Amazing food with excellent service, highly recomended.
If you want to eat authentic Italian cuisine and actually not feel that you've fallen into a tourist trap, this is the place to go to

This is a good restaurant between the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon.
It is located inside main road but it was easy to find with Google Maps.
I had the lunch set menu, which was delicious and very reasonable price.
The staff are very friendly and greet you with a smile. I was so impressed that I want to come back for dinner next time.

Thank you La Tavernetta 48 and all the staff for our wonderful dinner in Rome! All the dishes were delicious! The service was fast and attentive. We’ll definitely come back again!
