Excellent view, perfect service, and exquisite food!

We cam here on July 11 2024 and got the Classic menu. Everything met our expectation. Most importantly, we did not expect it but we got an amazing view! The servers were very friendly.

If there's one thing I could change, that would be the music. I would prefer more classical music to match the vibe.

Food is obviously very good, in line with what you would expect from a one-star Michelin. I thought the bill would be higher (even though you are at a certain level of price considering the luxury). But this restaurant has two other excellent assets: the amazing view overlooking Roma and maybe the best ingredient to a very nice experience : the service, the staff, at the level of a 3-star :)

Underrated. What a meal! Great location overlooking the city. I had the seasonal white truffle menu, and frankly, it was plain amazing. The Alba truffle was about the highest quality I've ever smelled and eaten, and every single one of the dishes was crafted and executed to perfection. The chef made sure the white gold was not just an expensive supplement but truly added to the taste profiles of every individual dish. So much fabulous complexity! The Barolo pairing with a vintage Dom Perignon (!) accompanying the starter was a brilliant recommendation by the sommelier. Overall, the staff was very attentive, friendly, personal, and perfectly trained. I am seriously clueless as to why this place only has one star. Highly recommended!

The views are fantastic. We chose the Project Creative Lab of 2025 menu.The food was good, some dishes were fantastic while others felt a bit too experimental. The wine list is extensive. My only complaint is that while waiting for one of our dishes to arrive, I reached for my husbands hand and was scolded by one of the wait staff for not paying attention as he came up from behind me with a dish. I am hopeful that this was because of a language barrier but it left a bitter taste in my mouth. I didn't expect to be scolded for not having eyes in the back of my head while paying 210/person.

3 rd time dining here and each time we got the best top notch service. The view from this restaurant is amazing. We were there before sunset and got to enjoy a 7 course menu. From food to service everything was impeccable.
