Avoid this dodgy pharmacy, specially tourists. I can't believe what they charged me for paracetamol and a cough syrup. My fault for not asking for a receipt or checking the card terminal. THIEVES!

They sold me the wrong product, then lied and said that it does what I wanted, which is impossible.  Said it was one price but then charged my card three  times that price and refused to give back my money.  Outrageous lies. Do not shop here.

Worst service i have ever experienced. The women working there were really rude and arrogant and did not want to let me return/exhange a makeup remover i bought less than ten minutes before.
They accused me of opening and removing a bit of the product even though the packaging had not been opened. It was a really bad experience. I will never by anything here again.

Got my COVID test done here so that I could fly back to the US. The COVID test was I think 11 Euros— nothing like the $100 tests that we were paying for in the US. The only reason why I’m giving it a 4 and not 5 is because I noticed that the lady who did my COVID test did not change her disposable gloves. Maybe she forgot? Anyway, the results were given to us within 10 minutes along with the passports we had handed over while we waited for the results, and they also give us an official paper print out.

Horrible staff. Bought a cream that was faulty/empty and when I went back the following day (with receipt) she accused me of being a liar, that I'd used the cream and then that it had leaked. No customer service and terribly rude. Horrible place. Would never go back!
