The food was excellent, steak was good, Carpaccio was the best (although they didn't have truffles already - too late in the day).
The home wine was amazing.

We ordered the Carbonara, grilled squid, and mixed salad. I have to say, the squid really impressed me.

They use smaller squid instead of the regular size, which makes the texture much softer. You can still feel a slight resistance when chewing, but it's much easier to bite through compared to larger squid.

The seasoning is spot on—light, but it perfectly highlights the fresh seafood flavor of the squid.

You can also choose your dressing for the salad (of course salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar), which was incredibly fresh as well.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the meal.

Very good pasta, with unique options as well. Cooked perfectly al dente, with the flavours of each ingredient coming through. Nice ambiance as well, casual yet refined.

This restaurant was right near our hotel and was such a treat. The food was fantastic, the staff was accommodating and gave us their own recommendations of dishes. A must when you are in Rome!

We loved this restaurant so much we came back for dinner two nights in a row. Everything was delicious and we cant wait to come back to Italy. ❤️
