This absolutely best restaurant I’ve had in many years. No no , this is seriously very professional and very tasty. Very generous and very delicious. Very expensive :).

What a great discovery! The restaurant is very elegant and the personnel is very welcoming, smiling and professional. The chefs are a nice couple which represent their ideas through a lot of creativity and passion. The dishes are very unique and original.

Primi and deserts ok but not too exceptional.
Main course was pigeon - and this was almost impossible to eat.
They served a piece of breast-which was tough-even difficult to cut - and extra they served a pigeon leg with the claws on it - which was actually disgusting!
All of us were shocked at this sight - but none of the stuff noticed our discomfort.
At a place like this I would really expect more empathy!
Getting the food explained in English was also difficult-and sitting in an almost empty restaurant did not make the  ambiente more pleasant -which was not their fault of course.

We were really disappointed and it was definitely not worth the money!!

What a wonderful experience!
I went for lunch by myself and it turned out I had the whole restaurant to myself. The staff was absolutely wonderful, never made me feel rushed, observed or anything. Definitely top notch.
The food was absolutely insane. The combination of ingredients, the thought process behind the dishes, and last but not least the taste is sensational.
Also the room change for the dessert dishes is a great touch. I definitely will come back once the pastry kitchen is up and running in that area.
I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to treat themselves or others.

The only comment I have would be with regards to the menu, I took the 10 course option and all dishes were light, summery, and fit together nicely. The only exception being the last savory dish, a meat dish. The dish in itself was perfect, it's just that it did not fit the 10 course pairing in my opinion. It felt as if such a menu at such a restaurant needs to have a meat dish and so we add one to the menu. But, honestly, that's not a complaint, more like a thought.
