Ho soggiornato  nel resort e ho cenato in entrambe i ristoranti, sia quello standard che lo stellato. Scriverò dello stellato, ma desidero suggerire anche l’altro perché si mangia molto bene in particolare quei tortelli ripieni di melanzana, una delizia.

L’esperienza complessiva è stata buona, l’ambiente è bello, moderno ma caldo, ha una decisa personalità, il servizio è attento e gentile.
Carta dei vini ampia con ricarichi apparentemente nella media, ma solo per alcune tipologie, diversamente è superiore a quanto ci si aspetta.
Sommelier preparato che sa, se lo chiedi, accompagnarti alla giusta scelta. Ho scelto un vino del territorio bianco, abbinato al menù di pesce.

Le entrèe ben fatte e piacevoli, un paio di assomigliavano nel gusto anche sé diverse nella forma. Tagliatelle di calamaro ottime, come la ricciola  scottata super delicata, infatti invertirei l’ordine dei piatti perché si perde il gusto dato che le tagliatelle sono più saporite.
Pasta e patate di gambero crudo buonissima, stessa cosa per gli spaghetti leviatico ricci e bottarga.
Deludente il crudo e cotto di pesce e crostacei, materia prima buonissima e cotta ottimamente, ma è un piatto assemblato senza la personalità dei precedenti, peccato.

Buono e bello il dolce.

Un paio di appunti, pulizia de tavolo durante la cena, essendo nero le briciole si notano e solo quando richiesto sono state tolte; grappa a 18 euro è eccessiva, anche perché se al cliente viene chiesto - le possiamo offrire un digestivo o altro - non andrebbe nel conto, diversamente si chiede - desidera un digestivo…- lo dico sulla base di altre esperienze in ristoranti di questo tipo.

In conclusione 230 euro - ho cenato da solo - per l’esperienza complessiva è un po’ troppo, se paragonata ad altre identiche tipologie a 1 stella.

I stayed in the resort and had dinner in both restaurants, both the standard one and the starred one. I will write about the starred one, but I would also like to suggest the other one because the food is very good, especially those tortelli filled with aubergine, a delight.

The overall experience was good, the environment is beautiful, modern but warm, it has a strong personality, the service is attentive and kind.
Extensive wine list with apparently average mark-ups, but only for some types, otherwise it is higher than expected.
Trained sommelier who can, if you ask, help you make the right choice. I chose a white local wine, paired with the fish menu.

The entrees were well made and pleasant, a couple of them were similar in taste although they were different in shape. Excellent squid tagliatelle, like the super delicate seared amberjack, in fact I would reverse the order of the dishes because the taste is lost since the tagliatelle are tastier.
Very good raw prawn pasta and potatoes, same thing for the spaghetti leviatico ricci and bottarga.
The raw and cooked fish and shellfish are disappointing, the raw material is very good and cooked excellently, but it is an assembled dish without the personality of the previous ones, which is a shame.

Good and beautiful dessert.

A couple of notes, cleaning of the table during dinner, being black the crumbs are noticeable and only when requested were they removed; grappa at 18 euros is excessive, also because if the customer is asked - can we offer you a digestive or something - it wouldn't go into the bill, otherwise you ask - would you like a digestive... - I say this on the basis of other experiences in restaurants of this type.

In conclusion, 230 euros - I dined alone - for the overall experience is a bit much, if compared to other identical 1-star types.

Cibo: Eccellente; Servizio: Molto professionale, disponibile e cortese; Locale: Moderno, accogliente e intimo; Prezzo: rispecchia la qualità di un ristorante da stella Michelin.

È la seconda volta che ci lasciamo coccolare e sorprendere da questo locale. La scelta è tra due percorsi degustazione: uno a base di pesce “Aqua” e uno a base di carne “Petra”,  avevamo già avuto la fortuna di provare il menù “Petra” la scorsa primavera e volevamo tornare per provare i nuovi menù degustazione “stagionali”.
È davvero difficile riassumere l’esperienza che si riesce a fare in questo locale, ma consigliamo ASSOLUTAMENTE di non perderla.
Il locale è esattamente come ci si immaginerebbe uno “spazio stellato”: moderno, essenziale, accogliente, silenzioso, con un leggero sottofondo di musica a riempire l’ambiente. Il tutto risulta essere un meccanismo i cui ingranaggi funzionano perfettamente in sincronia. Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti dal personale di sala che ci ha fatto accomodare al nostro tavolo e da qui è iniziata una coccola infinita, un viaggio tra sapori e odori.
(Abbiamo scelto di non pubblicare le foto dei piatti per non rovinare una parte che secondo noi risulta essere molto importante di questa esperienza: la presentazione).
Per sfatare la solita affermazione che ai ristoranti stellati si mangia poco e si paga troppo possiamo dire che ci siamo alzati da tavola piacevolmente sazi, felici e rilassati e il prezzo è giustamente proporzionale per tutto il tempo che il personale al completo dedica al cliente e per la qualità degli ingredienti.
Chi desidera farsi guidare in un percorso di gusto è nel posto giusto e ne vale davvero la pena!
Noi cercheremo di tornare a provare il prossimo menù!

It's the second time we've let ourselves be pampered and surprised by this place. The choice is between two tasting courses: one based on fish "Aqua" and one based on meat "Petra", we had already been lucky enough to try the "Petra" menu last spring and wanted to return to try the new tasting menus “seasonal”.
It's really difficult to summarize the experience you can have in this place, but we ABSOLUTELY recommend not to miss it.
The place is exactly how one would imagine a "starry space": modern, essential, welcoming, silent, with a light background of music to fill the environment. The whole thing turns out to be a mechanism whose gears work perfectly in sync. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed by the dining room staff who made us sit at our table and from here began an infinite pampering, a journey through flavors and smells.
(We chose not to publish photos of the dishes so as not to ruin a part of this experience that in our opinion is very important: the presentation).
To dispel the usual assertion that in starred restaurants you eat little and pay too much, we can say that we left the table pleasantly full, happy and relaxed and the price is rightly proportional for all the time that the entire staff dedicates to the customer and for the quality of the ingredients.
Anyone who wants to be guided on a journey of taste is in the right place and it's really worth it!

Esperienza stupenda.
Il ristorante è elegante e trasmette una bellissima atmosfera, il servizio è eccellente e attento.
Il cibo è favoloso!
Sapori semplici ma rivisitati in modo interessante e nuovo, ogni boccone di ogni portata era semplicemente squisito.
Lo consiglio vivamente per vivere una serata diversa e assolutamente soddisfacente.

Buon ristorante all'interno di un gran bel Resort/Spa che, al suo interno, vanta anche qualche opera d'arte sparsa qua e là. Il personale in sala è tutto al maschile, giovanottoni gentilissimi e preparati. Lo chef Luciano, altrettanto disponibile basa la sua offerta di menù su due percorsi degustativi, 1 di mare ed 1 di terra, composti da piatti semplici ed equilibrati in un'atmosfera elegante e, come ormai stiamo notando da un pò, dappertutto negli stellati, cordiale e poco austera. Note positive: ci hanno consigliato un eccellente vino e lo chef ci ha omaggiato di un ottimo piatto in aggiunta ai percorsi scelti. Note negative: le entrèe ed i desserts che, esclusivamente in termini di gusto, mi sono sembrati fuori dal contesto del pranzo e non all'altezza delle altre portate. Nel complesso, un fine settimana con cena stellata in questo resort circondato dagli ulivi, è assolutamente consigliabile!

Good restaurant inside a great Resort/Spa which, inside, also boasts some works of art scattered here and there. The staff in the dining room is all male, very kind and knowledgeable young men. Chef Luciano, equally available, bases his menu offer on two tasting courses, 1 seafood and 1 land, composed of simple and balanced dishes in an elegant atmosphere and, as we have been noticing for a while now, everywhere in the starred restaurants, cordial and not austere. Positive notes: they recommended an excellent wine and the chef honored us with an excellent dish in addition to the chosen routes. Negative notes: the entrées and desserts which, exclusively in terms of taste, seemed out of the context of lunch and not up to par with the other courses. Overall, a weekend with a starry dinner in this resort surrounded by olive trees is highly recommended!
