A Góré étterem nyereményjátékán volt szerencsém egy kétszemélyes vacsorát nyernem a hozzá tartozóü borsorral, így hétvégén megkóstoltuk a legújabb, 9 fogásos, "Szorongó kövek" elnevezésű menüsorát.
Az őszi menü ihletője Szendrői Csaba Féyn Kettő című verseskötete, amit bevallom, én még nem olvastam, de mindenképpen belelapozok, hogy felfedezzem a közös pontokat a vers és az étel között.

Falusi fine dining - hirdeti magát az étterem, és valóban: az ételek jól megkomponált, ötletes fogások, aprólékos kivitelezéssel, a kiszolgálás kifogástalan, mégis laza, és maga az étterem is egy mesebeli üvegkastélyra hasonlít az óriási üvegfalak és a fekete-csillámoszöld belső design miatt.

A felszolgálónk ismét Erika volt, akitől mint mindig, most is sok érdekességet tudhattunk meg az ételekről és italokról. A borok mellett kikértük az alkoholmentes párosítást is, mindig nagyon ötletes ízeket kóstolhatunk.

Már az első fogás erős kezdés volt, a kacsamáj szilvával, pisztáciával és birssel rétegezve isteni, és meglepően nagy adag, ezután pedig olyan finomságok következtek, mint a vizibivaly tatár, sokféle texturájú paszternák, újragondolt töltött paprika, tökéletesre sütött aranykecsege, vagy épp a chimichurris borjúkaraj, így a két desszertnél már csak pihegtem.
Mindenféle elfogultság nélkül kijelenthetem, hogy ez egy olyan menüsor volt, amiből nem tudok kedvencet mondani, mert minden fogásban találtam valami meglepőt, izgalmasat.
Külön kiemelném, hogy az összes fogás egy kisebb előételnyi adag, így többször újraélhettem az ízrobbanásokat, nem kellett szomorkodnom, hogy csak egy falatnyi volt az élmény.

A Góré szerintem a legjobb ár-érték arányú fine dining étterem Magyarországon, egy olyan hely, ami folyamatosan hozza vendégszeretetet, mindig tud újat mutatni, és a 2023-as Michelin ajánlás után sem szállt el sem az árakkal, sem a hozzáállással.

At the Góré restaurant's raffle, I was lucky enough to win a dinner for two with the accompanying wine list, so over the weekend we tasted the latest 9-course menu called "Anxiety Stones".
The autumn menu is inspired by Csaba Szendrői's book of poems entitled Féyn Kettő, which I must admit, I have not read yet, but I will definitely turn to it to discover the common points between poetry and food.

Village fine dining - the restaurant advertises itself, and it really is: the dishes are well-composed, imaginative dishes, with meticulous execution, the service is impeccable, yet relaxed, and the restaurant itself resembles a fairy-tale glass castle due to the giant glass walls and the black and green interior design .

Our server was Erika again, from whom, as always, we could learn a lot of interesting things about food and drinks. In addition to the wines, we also asked for non-alcoholic pairings, we can always taste very inventive flavors.

The first course was already a strong start, the duck liver layered with plums, pistachios and quince was divine and a surprisingly large portion, and then there were delicacies such as water buffalo tartar, parsnips with many textures, reimagined stuffed peppers, golden goat's cheese baked to perfection, or chimichurris veal loin, so I was just drooling over the two desserts.
I can say without any bias that this was a menu from which I cannot say a favorite, because I found something surprising and exciting in every course.
I would like to point out that all the dishes are a small appetizer portion, so I could relive the taste explosions several times, I didn't have to be sad that the experience was only one bite.

In my opinion, Góré is the best value for money fine dining restaurant in Hungary, a place that constantly brings hospitality, always shows something new, and even after the 2023 Michelin recommendation, it has not lost its price or its attitude.

Az ételek komplexitása és ízvilága lenyűgöző, igazi mestermunkákat kóstolhattam.
A menüsor változatos, és minden fogás egy kisebb gasztronómiai kaland volt. Az étel-ital párosítás is kiemelkedő, az étterem személyzete pedig rendkívül figyelmes és udvarias volt. Mindent megtettek azért, hogy az élmény tökéletes legyen.
Izgattottan várom az őszi menüsort is.

The complexity and flavor of the dishes is impressive, I was able to taste real masterpieces.
The menu is varied and each course was a small gastronomic adventure. The food and drink pairing was also outstanding, and the restaurant staff was extremely attentive and polite. They did everything to make the experience perfect.
I am also excitedly waiting for the autumn menu.

Nagyon finomakat ettünk ittunk. Igazi ízèlmèny volt.
Csodás a szállás, nagyon hangulatos a medence is. Csendes nyugodt környezetben nagyon jól lehet pihenni.Biztosan vissza fogunk térni.

Öt fogásos menü sort ettünk italok nélkül. Az ételek közül csak egy nem nyerte el a tetszésünket és ez egyöntetű vélemény volt. Ezzel együtt  5 csillagot adunk az ételekre is, mert a többi mind kifogástalan volt.
A kiszolgálás nagyon kedves és figyelmes volt,  bár ott létünkkor csak mi voltunk az étteremben, mással nem kellett foglalkozniuk.
Egyetlen negatív megjegyzésünk lenne,  bár minket akkor nem érintett,  mert le tudtak ültetni a földszinten. Az asztalok nagyobbik része az emeleten van, Ahová egy elég magas lépcsőfokokat tartalmazó lépcsősor vezet fel korlát nélkül. Nem áll  ugyan sok lépcsőből, kb. 10-12, de szerintem nagyon balesetveszélyes, erről előzetesen információt nem találtam sehol. Idős embernek vagy járásnehezítettnek nagyon nehéz a feljutás,  szinte lehetetlen.

We ate a five-course menu without drinks. Only one of the dishes was not to our liking and it was a unanimous opinion. At the same time, we also give 5 stars to the food, because everything else was impeccable.
The service was very nice and attentive, even though we were the only ones in the restaurant when we were there, they didn't have to deal with anyone else.
We have only one negative comment, although it didn't affect us at the time because they were able to seat us on the ground floor. Most of the tables are on the first floor, where a flight of stairs with quite high steps leads up without a handrail. Although it does not consist of many steps, approx. 10-12, but I think it's very dangerous, I couldn't find any prior information about it anywhere. It is very difficult, almost impossible, for an elderly person or someone with difficulty walking.

Az ételek nagyon finomak voltak és az alkoholmentes és alkoholos ital párosítás is nagyszerű volt. Nagyon elégedettek voltunk mindennel! Jó, hogy végre a környéken is van egy ilyen minőségű étterem.
Az egyetlen dolog ami talán nem volt az étterem színvonalának megfelelő az a kávé felhozatal. Lehetne valami magasabb minőségű magyar mikro pörkölőből származó kávé is, akár két típusú is, hogy mindenki megtalálja azt ami neki tetszik.

The food was very tasty and the pairing of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks was also great. We were very satisfied with everything! It's good that there is finally a restaurant of this quality in the area.
The only thing that was perhaps not up to the standard of the restaurant was the coffee service. There could be some higher quality coffee from a Hungarian micro roaster, even two types, so that everyone can find what they like.
