Had such a great experience there. Have been there in June and September this year.  Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming.  The hotel is luxurious,nice, comfortable, clean  👌, The food is amazing. One of the fewer places I have been and everyone is doing they best to make your stay unforgettable.  Well done to everyone, and special thanks to Nathalie,Valentina, Jason. Everyone is very friendly there and they really made our stay amazing.

All the staff are exceptionally friendly. They all seem very happy in their work which is a real credit to the hotel. I would like to thank Lucas especially who worked on the beachfront, for making our holiday so memorable.  I was very impressed at how friendly he was towards absolutely everybody.  He made everyone from children, families, couples, pensioners feel happy and welcome. He is a true star 🌟 thank you so much Lucas

We had an amazing time here! We got a double room with a private pool and a garden view and the all-inclusive package. The room was immaculately clean, spacious, and had all of the amenities that a guest might expect. The all-inclusive package was worth it for us as we decided to stay on the resort and use the time to relax and decompress rather than explore the island. All of the food and drinks far exceeded our expectations and the service everywhere was amazing. The staff really try to go above and beyond to make your vacation special. In our case, we decided to get engaged during our stay and the staff helped me decorate the room with flowers and such while I kept my fiancé out of the room while visiting the great on-site spa! Specifically, Gabriella was such an awesome point of contact, super sweet and helpful. There was even a moment when my swimsuit got stained by paint in the pool and the staff went above and beyond to make it right. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Rhodes!

I had a chance to stay at Atrium Palace in Rhodes for my weeding trip.

I couldn’t stress enough how accommodating the staff were.

Especially Gabriella who is a guest relations manager at Atrium. Gabriela and all the staff made sure to make us feel welcomed and help us with every little or not so much request. Gabriella made sure that all our guests received a small gifts because they’ve chosen to stay with us at Atrium, she helped us to organize a couple of dinner reservations for a big group of people. We also got an upgrade to our room upon the check-in.
Even when some guests had reservations problems  this was instantly solved.

The service at the hotel is beyond 5 stars. The rooms were always clean. We got a couple of small surprises after and before the wedding day in our room. There are a few restaurants that require reservations but they are worth the visit.
Also, would like to highlight that the resort is family friendly. A couple of our friends had their kids with them and hotel has facilities to accommodate that.

Best hotel on island. Attentive and welcoming people, you feel like home. Best food, nice restaurants, especially seafood night at the main restaurant. Huge beach and green territory. What can I say - highly recommended, can't wait for the next season to come back. Applause to the head manager and all personnel.
