I don’t have words to describe how incredible this place is, but I will try. From the beautiful (LARGE!!) rooms to the gorgeous grounds and the fantastic meals (there truly is something for everyone), this hotel is a dream. But really, it’s their service that sets them apart from everything else. We arrived with screaming, miserable children, and they immediately handled our car and luggage. The room was set up for both my girls, with special slippers, toiletries, and welcome sweets and drinks for each of us. The breakfast is spectacular, the service at all the restaurants is heavenly— it’s like they anticipate your needs. The owner even came by to tell us about a special regional delicacy and then had it specially made and served to us, free of charge. And the kids club — I am just in awe of the wonderful caretakers. It’s open till 9 pm, so we left our girls so we could eat dinner. I was terrified they would be cranky upon our return (bedtime is usually 7), but they were all smiles and asked if they could stay a few more mins! Truly, just an incredible experience. I recommend this place wholeheartedly.

Outstanding service and hospitality. Excellent breakfast buffet with a huge selection. The food was super fresh and extremely tasty.

This spa hotel is truly exceptional. The saunas, steam rooms, and pools are immaculate and well-maintained. The Michelin-starred restaurants offer exquisite cuisine, and the wine selection, featuring wines from various regions, is impressive. A delightful experience overall.

Overall, this is truly a 5 star experience. The room sizes, the spa, the food, the cleanliness. It's all great, especially when travelling with children and/or dogs!

Lots of sports classes and friendly staff! Many pools, saunas, whirlpools etc...

However, a few small things would truly improve the experience, in my opinion : less plastic. In the gym, for instance there are water bottles... Why not use a water distributor like in the spa area? Such an expensive hotel surely has guests who also like a more sustainable offer? Then the small plastic bottles of shampoo, shower gel etc... Such a shame. Why, again not use a refillable solution? Much fancier and more sustainable! Our towels were replaced despite not having put them in the bath tub, as indicated....and the bed remade after only 2 nights...?

Vegetarian food: while it is on offer and is Lovely, it feels not really made for vegetarians but more for meat eaters who want to take a break... (compared to other hotels, such as seezeit Lodge). That's a shame. No vegetarian meat alternatives at breakfast are provided. In the evening no cheese without rennet (rinderlab) was on offer... In general propperly indicating what is what with signs would Also help Vegetarians on the buffet.

Absolutely amazing. They are great for families and probably great for anyone. The breakfast is the best we had so far (and we have been to many fancy places). The spa area is huge and very beautiful. The kids area and program is super and our kids want to be there all the time. The food is fantastic. They even have a 3 Michelin star restaurant and a few others (for the high end ones you need to reserve quite a bit in advance). But also the "low end" restaurant is still very fancy. What is special about it is that you can still bring your kids. They usually bring the kids food more or less immediately and even managed to cater to the special needs of our incredibly stubborn 3 year old who had special wishes of what he wanted to eat. Overall, not cheap but very much worth it.
