Excellent shop with an endless seeming range of shaving brushes, razors, accessories and skincare products. Very professional sales personell who is discetre and always happy to explain in more detail about the products or shaving related processes. Beware, you might spent lots of time (and money) there! 😉

Excellent Experience

For those looking for a fantastic shopping experience, look no further than Mühle Store Berlin. I was greeted by an older man who had extensive knowledge about shaving with safety razors and helped me every step of the way when it came to selecting a razor and shaving cream. They spoke excellent English and were very kind. Would recommend

Walking to the Mühle Store in Berlin feels - as the shaving ritual itself - like going back to a slower-paced and more elegant time.  The store is situated in one of the eight remaining courtyards of the historic Hackesche Höfe neighbourhood of downtown Berlin.  It is extremely-well stocked with the complete line of Mühle shaving products.  Customers can also avail themselves of the services of the legendary on-site barber; just make make sure you make your appointment ahead of time.  My trip to the store was prompted by a desire to replace a beloved Mühle Track 3 razor (the mechanism for attaching the cartridge to the razor had detached from the handle).  Upon carefully inspecting my razor the store manage (Fred Schultz) said that he could send it away for repairs.  When I mentioned that I would soon be returning to my home in Canada Fred offered to replace it with a new one, free of charge.  This was completely unexpected and beyond the call of duty.  Before leaving the I looked at dedicated traveling razors.  Fred showed me a lovely razor and brush set in a beautiful vegetable-tanned brown leather case.  It was exactly what I had been looking for, and so I decided to buy it.  I didn't even ask about the price.  As I was leaving the store I asked Fred if he might recommend a local restaurant.  He heartily endorsed Clarchens and provided clear directions on how to find it.  My wife and I later enjoyed a wonderful dinner there.  Later, when we had returned to our hotel room I discovered that Fred had given me a generous discount on the shaving set.  Time did not permit me to return to the Mühle store to thank Herr Schultz, so I am doing so now through this favourable review.  I will always fondly remember the quiet charm of this quintessential shaving store in Hackesche Höfe, and the unparalleled degree of customer service, kindness, and generosity offered to me by its manager.   This is a five out of five star place - I heartily recommend it to both visitors and local fine-shaving afficionados.

Probably one of the best wet shaves I have experienced in my travels, Dennis one of the barbers did an amazing shave, a pleasant/Refined place to be.
Highly recommended.

Dennis elevates the barber name to new heights and sets a new standard in Berlin. The only bad thing is that after going once you're not gonna want to go anywhere else. The search for a truly professional hairdresser is finally over! I'll be coming back, for sure.
