Great location, good facilities and accommodations. The old elevator is a masterpiece of that place. Easy access to city center, shops, restaurants and public transportation. The personal was friendly, English speakers:) and provided a lot of information. Reception 24/7.

Spent a long weekend here with one of my besties. We had a very pleasant stay. There were good and bad points.
Pros
-Fantastic location, Masséna Plaza is about a five minute walk or less. City center, about a five minute walk.
-Service, all the staff we encountered were welcoming and friendly and eager to help.
-Breakfast wasn't too bad, delicious sausages, fruit bowls are lovely and the selection of teas are of a very nice quality.
- There's also a coffee shop around the corner that does really nice gluten free banana bread.

Cons
-Breakfast room was really small!
-Rooms can get really hot and it was a bit difficult to open the window.
-The walls are very thin, so when the person's alarm went off in the next room at 6am it woke us up.

Overall it was a very pleasant stay and I would stay here again.

The location is perfectly located and the staff are so kind and helpful. This hotel is  walking distance to almost everything in Nice. The bathroom of this hotel room was moldy and not very clean. The shower had pretty significant mildew, I didn’t even want to shower in it and the sink in the bathroom was like a wood material that was falling apart. The sink was also not the cleanest. The room otherwise was perfectly fine. I can tell they are trying to improve guest satisfaction by handing out earplugs and lavendar which was a nice touch.

Poor quality room. The bathroom had a very strong drain smell. The shower was either burning hot or cold with very low pressure. The rooms have no soundproofing, so you hear literally everything in the rooms around you. Beds are good, and staff are friendly and polite though somewhat defeated by the number of complaints they probably have to deal with. The hotel is taking its guests for fools, overcharging for a very poor offer for a hotel in a very good location. We felt dirty when we left, and to be frank, we couldn't wait to leave. The owners or management have little regard for feedback or complaints, as I write, I have had no response from them after emailing them. That says it all, unfortunately.

The staff was very very nice. The room was clean and tidy the only thing that was bothering me was that the bathroom was small. The location is great. We could leave or bags until we had to get to the airport and we were able to stay in the lounge area, very nice.
