Totally warranted 5 stars. The chef took us on an amazing culinary journey, one could say even poetic. Every dish was perfectly thought out, with intention behind every ingredient. The freshness and quality of the locally sourced products, the jams paired with the cheeses - absolute delight. Hope to be back soon!

I can not say enough good things about this restaurant. It was faultless: the food, service and atmosphere are all 5 stars. This is the best restaurant in Bonnieux by far and one of the best meals we had in our 17 day trip in Provence. You can tell the chef cares about the food he's creating and came out several times to explain the dishes.  We had the lunch set menu (note: there is no kid menu) and it was worth every penny. The homemade bread was divine and served with multiple amuse bouche before the meal started.  (See photos).  My recommendation : just go! You won't be disappointed

Exceptional restaurant, the best I had in Luberon. Amazing flavours, all locally sourced, and one of the best sommelier I met in my life.

Sublime meal - we had the 5 course tasting menu (it’s a surprise reveal) - incredibly inventive, every dish with a sentimental meaning. Julien (the chef) is ever present, serving the tables and working in an open kitchen. Highlights included a trout dish and salted butter with the most delicately toasted bread. This place is WELL worth it 😊

We recently had the pleasure of dining at JU - Maison de Cuisine, and I can confidently say that this is one of the finest dining experiences in Bonnieux – perhaps even in all of Provence. The chef and his team have truly crafted something exceptional here, with a perfect balance of locally-sourced ingredients, innovative dishes, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The lunch set menu was a delightful journey, complete with multiple amuse-bouches and divine homemade bread that set the tone for what was to come. Each dish was meticulously prepared, with flavours that were both bold and delicate, showing a deep respect for regional ingredients. And, if you have the chance, don’t miss out on their cheese experience – it’s truly unique!

This is not just a meal; it’s an experience that captivates all the senses. The charming limestone-walled setting only adds to the ambiance, and I have no doubt that a Michelin star is on the horizon for JU - Maison de Cuisine. If you’re anywhere near Bonnieux, make it a priority to dine here. You won’t regret it!
