Bravo sur toute la ligne ! Des plats époustouflants et exécutés avec beaucoup de justesse ! Les assaisonnements sont très justes, les produits locaux pour la plupart sont d’une fraîcheur totale, la vaisselle est sublime et met en valeur les plats, Lucile au service est d’une extrême gentillesse et possède la composition des plats sur le bout des doigts elle recommande les vins avec une grande expertise. Le restaurant est très bien aménagé et décoré sobrement mais avec beau de goût ! Si vous êtes dans le pays basque c’est une adresse absolument INCONTOURNABLE !

The seasonings are very accurate, the local products for the most part are totally fresh, the dishes are sublime and highlight the dishes, Lucile at the service is extremely kind and knows the composition of the dishes at her fingertips. she recommends wines with great expertise. The restaurant is very well appointed and decorated simply but with great taste! If you are in the Basque country this is an absolutely ESSENTIAL address!

Digne d’un étoilé. La cuisine est superbe. Les plats sont surprenants, osés et le mariage des saveurs est excellent. On se régale à chaque bouchée. La serveuse est au petit soin également. Nous avons pris le menu en 4 services, c’était parfait. Foncez.

Worthy of a star. The kitchen is superb. The dishes are surprising, daring and the combination of flavors is excellent. We enjoy every bite. The waitress is also very attentive. We had the 4 course menu, it was perfect. Go for it.

Encore un merveilleux restaurant dans la région.
Découvert en couple un midi et ce fut un moment délicieux. Gourmand et surprenant, ce restaurant mérite le détour pour tous les amateurs de bonne table et de grand service.
Un amour particulier pour mon dessert du jour (le citron en trompe l'oeil avec la salade d'agrumes 😍).

Discovered as a couple one afternoon and it was a delicious moment. Gourmet and surprising, this restaurant is worth a detour for all lovers of good food and great service.
