This lovely restaurant is located in a quaint village about a 15 minute drive from downtown Biarritz. The atmosphere is modern and relaxed. The service is very good. They offer 3 tasting menus  that are a surprise. I found the dishes to be creative and well balanced. I very much enjoyed my experience and will come back given the chance.

Excellent food. The menu is a surprise but everything is extremely tasteful and the dishes looks like small pieces of art. The waiters are very helpful in answering questions in regards of the food and wine. We had the 7 dishes but ended up having 11 servings in total. After the meal we had a small chat with the chef, and he gave us a tip on how to make their delicious onion butter. For people who drink wine they provide 2-3 super delicious juices. The place is definietly worth it.

Super experience ! The view from the dining room to the kitchen is amazing. Second time for my wife and I, we were not disappointed. There will be a third time and even more :-)

We had a wonderful evening and sat at the best table in the restaurant (next to the open kitchen). Both service and food were outstanding. All local produce used to create inventive dishes. Clear favorite was one of the deserts, where sweet and salty was combined with added flavor of Shiso leaves. Main dish was duck that was cooked to perfection. Very extensive wine list with both classics and vin naturelle. Thanks for the hospitality and hope we can visit you again. Ernst F KRAAIJ
